This makes it not as user friendly as my old Lenovo android tablet. You shouldn't have to tap, swipe, completely get out of an application or even have to turn off the device after a detour to get back to where you started. The old tablet (2016 or 2017) is a much better device for navigating. The upside is I can Zoom on this tablet. It was not compatible with the old device.

I have the Yoga and didn't want to take it everywhere so I got this for the portability. Order the wireless keyboard and cover and its like a mini Laptop.

GEEK SQUAD REFUSED TO COME TO MY HOME FOR REPAIR!

I ORDERED A SD CARD FOR EXTRA STORAGE. THE SLOT CARD CARRIDGE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT THE THE SLOT. I PLACED THE SD CARD IN THE CARD CARRIDGE AND THE CARD IS NOW STUCK IN THE SLOT COMPARTMENT. I CANNOT GET THE CARRIDGE BACK INTO THE UNIT AS THE SD CARD IS STUCK SOMEWHERE IN THE TABLET. CONTACTED GEEK SQUAD SINCE I PURCHASED A TWO YEAR SERVICE AT THE TIME I PURCHASED THE TABLET. I AM A SENIOR AND HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION AND THE GEEK SQUAD REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD FIX IT IS TO FIND A STORE TO BRING IT TO. SO I HAVE A BROKEN TABLET WITH A GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN THAT CANNOT BE USED AS I HAVE NO WAY TO GET TO A STORE. I WILL NOW JUST CANCEL MY BEST BUY ACCOUNT AND THROW THE TABLET AWAY AS IT IS NOW USELESS. THANKS FOR YOUR LACK OF SERVICE BEST BUY!!!

I purchased a cover from a different store. Had it for 2 weeks wouldn't turn on. Returned it because i did purchase geek squad protection they ordered another will pick it up tomorrow. Will come and do another review.
