Be aware of this issue. This tablet should be pretty advanced but not 100%.

However, when we switched internet providers, the new router had a dual band 2g and 5g. This tablet is single band and only connects to 2 g. Unfortunately, if you have a dual band router, this tablet will not stay connected to the 2 g. It connects and disconnects constantly making it impossible to use with our house wifi. There is no way to set the tablet to only connect to the 2 g. We have other 2 g only electronics and they do not have this problem so I know it is the tablet itself. If your router is single 2 g band, you should not have any problems and for the price, it is a decent tablet.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that when you changed your provider and equipment that you started having WiFi connection problems. Dual band WiFi routers are backwards compatible. Here are a few things to try to correct the problem. Try going into your settings, chose and WLAN , then chose "forget" . Then reset the WiFi connection entering your password. You can also try to just re -boot the your modem and router (unplug them and then plug back in one minute.) If this still does not work , please contact our customer support @ 877-453-6686.

So if you are looking for a decent tablet at a low price this should work for you.

Replacement for older model

This tablet comes with Android 7.1.1 and was recently upgraded to Android 8.1, after release iof upgrade. Typical Android device, a little shortcomings compared to iPad, however memory is expandable and it is much cheaper than iPad.

It's better than the Nook HD+ that it replaced. Screen looks great and it's way more responsive. And it just got the update to Oreo.

After seeing how much it did for her, I went a couple of days later and got one for myself. She and I used them on a trip and watched movies. The picture was amazing and it made a 5 hour flight go by fast. We recently bought a Lenova for her daughter for Christmas!!!

Don't have to keep seeing an app shutting down or clear background after every usage. Runs smoothly with gaming and apps; sometimes seems to need a quicker response to touch. Otherwise with everything else again so far, so good

I use it to check email when I am in the opposite end of the house from the computer while I watch TV. Found a good word search game on Google Play that works well on this tablet. Overall a nice distraction for me

I mainly read newspapers and books and check my email on it so it doesn't need to be a high end device. No complaints.
