Unexpected Low Performance

Using in a busy business office. Routine database and accounting functions. Disspite researching online and utilizing many performance enhancing options within Windows 11 Pro, performance is roughly 1/4 of what is expected by a machine with these specs. I am replacing this computer at our expense with a different computer from another manufacturer and seller. I realize we are outside of return policy time. Will chalk it up to a bad experience.
