    I can’t even rate this laptop because it is not working right and that never seems to charge. My son might be able to use it a little bit and then it takes days or weeks to charge for him to use it again.

    This was an On Line purchase of a pre-owned Lenovo ThinkPad Chromebook. The condition of the Chromebook was very good. The rating is poor due to it booted to a sign in screen for an Enterprise Account Sign In. Tried to skip that screen and would get a notification of corrupt files. Outside of the box was sealed and with a label stating OK to ship. Someone did not do their job. Was returned to a local BestBuy and received full refund. That part went well.
