Extremely impressed with Lenovo Vantage Dashboard along with the speed, ease and sharpness of this screen/ keyboard/ mouse and the like. I can't say enough about the satisfaction I have for this purchase.

Bad Experience

I saw it had a 90 day warranty so I told my son to make sure and let me know if it had problems so we could send it in to get fixed. So after two weeks he saw the audio was mal functioning. At 3 weeks I started calling BestBuy. After 6 calls and being transferred to 3 people each time they set me up an appointment to take it to a BestBuy location. I live 150 miles from the nearest best buy so I had to schedule it when I went to san Antonio for another event. So after all these phone calls I'm there at BestBuy. The young lady tells me it will probably be an exchange and not a repair. I said fine. She get the store manager, Marco Mijares. He proceeds to tell me it's not covered by the store. I have to send it to the manufacturer. Why didn't somebody tell me this up front on the first call and save me 4 hours on the phone and a hour trip across town. Bad experience.
