I was in the market to upgrade my five and a half year old thinkpad and non-surprisingly ended up with another thinkpad. The improvements are staggering from my old one, it's sleeker, lighter, got more power and is a 2-in-1. I bought this open box (discounted) and haven't had any problems, so for me this was definitely a great buy.

I bought this laptop for my last year at my university. I'm a mechanical engineer so I needed something light but powerful and durable. I love this laptop and I love how Windows 10 turned out although I've been having some problems with the Windows Service connectivity. Overall runs Autodesk Inventor really well.

This purchase was for my wife, she is starting a new business. The biggest complaints would be the price for what you get, an i5 processor and you have to purchase an external CD-ROM drive. The plus, the military rating for durability. Had we looked a little harder at the device, probably would have went with a different setup.

I use a Lenovo Thinkpad for work and love it, but it isn't a 2 in 1, which is the main difference. I am finding that the battery life isn't very long, maybe 2-3 hours, and it's slower than I expected. It will be good enough for what I require (mostly just internet browsing and file storage), but I am disappointed.

Light, Sturdy and reliable laptop. Excellent for work or pleasure.

I bought this laptop for school, mostly because I thought I needed a solid Windows PC for school to run VMs on. It is a good laptop, funtioned well, everything worked and seemed well laid out. I was a little bit bugged that the memory was set at 8gb ram, but it did have a discrete video card. I kept it for a few days but ended up returning it as I felt I could get the functionality out of MacBook Pro running Boot Camp and save $950ish dollars.

PC is fine. Just trying to adapt to Windows 10. Can't find my programs and is a bit confusing.

Awesome 2-in-1 with a discreet GPU. The only con is the lack of an independent ssd for boot.

I got this laptop for a great price. The keyboard is really design for typing, graphics are great (definitely an upgrade from the old laptop I used to have), I installed lots of programs on it and it works just fine!

Not that great battery does not last as long as they advertise

I purchased this laptop a couple of months ago, and I absolutely love it! After having to bring one back to the store because it wouldn't even power on, I got another one and haven't had any issues.

Do not regret purchasing this laptop. My son picked it out for his college classes. Engineering major, he has no complaints and raves that it's great quality. We have similar Lenovos at work and known for good quality. My son thanks me quite often of this choice we made! He's had it for over 3 years and great condition. Not only uses it daily for college classes also for latenight video gaming fun.

There were several occasions after I switch the laptop from a tablet to a laptop that my screen is upside down and my mouse goes the opposite direction. It takes an approximate of 3 computer restarts to get it to go right side up again.

I love my new laptop - it is fast and great to use! The quality and speed are amazing and the feel of the keyboard makes using it even more enjoyable.

I bought this laptop for my daughter and she loves it. It is light and compact enough to carry all day and has enough power to game on.

I haven't spent much time with this machine but i'm pretty sure it will work well for my needs. The Win 10 OS is very different from win 7 but seems to be an improvement. This will allow the computer to be used more easily and efficiently.

This laptop has a great build quality. I don't actually like it. I LOVE IT! Very happy with my purchase. Fast and sleek laptop.

I went to BestBuy as a last resort while searching for a new laptop. The sales person took all my requests in consideration and found me an open box deal on one that exceeded my price expectation for ALL my laptop/gaming needs. I felt more than comfortable w/my purchase and still impressed 2+ months later.

It's on the bulkier side and the screen is obviously not HD. But those are what you get for the price level. But the keypads are awesome and the screen is big and the touchscreen is good. It's a great budget laptop.

I love it. Great all-around computer for all my work and video viewing. It's fast and laid out well.
