I previously owned a Yoga and purchased this one for my wife due to its compact size. It is an i3 so it is not the fastest thing out there but far better that a Celeron or Pentium chip. I was hoping the hybrid drive would give me fast boot up times like my Yoga. It does not but I do like the fact that there is a hard drive with space. The completely solid state drive models do limit you with storage. I am not disappointed and the price point is very reasonable. I considered many other options from the Surface to a Yoga 3. For the price, this was the best option.

My daughter needed a computer that was not too heavy and would make it easy for her to display video to her special education students. With a flip screen, this fills the bill.

after using this laptop for about a month i have found all of its issues, and i have to say, for the price, the issues are minor and petty. The build quality is good, the performance is okay, but perfect for me(using it as a second PC) and the versatility is useful. The downward facing speakers make it terrible for music/videos, but if you need to listen to something they are loud enough. the screen, while not the highest resolution is a BEAUTIFUL ips display, with decent pixel density. the keyboard is okay for a laptop but not great. and finally the mouse-pad, which i dont like. i have never been a fan of any laptops mousepad but this one is slightly worse then most, and why i gave it 4 stars. the fact that it has a very nice touchscreen helps this issue, but i still carry a mouse with me everywhere i go.

Small, compact, durable and easy to use. I haven't gotten a chance to use it too much yet, but so far I like it. I do recommend getting a screen to hook it up to, as it can be kind of hard to read.

The i3 processor is one small drawback contrasted to the portability of the Yoga. Albeit I have an iPad and iPhone to supplement some of the features of the computer such as the tablet and tent mode, these features come quite in handy, enhancing the portability for an 11 inch laptop. The power-to-size ratio for the price is amazing, I returned an HP Envy (with an i5 processor) in exchange for this and it feels just as fluid and responsive. The battery life is amazing at 5 hours of continuous use. This doesn't even feel like it's a faux tablet and has done wonders for my day to day computing. It's not a behemoth like an HP Pavilion Dv7 is, but it's cost to portability and power ratio is substantial.

Light weight, compact, durable exterior, good battery life, excellent functionality; highlighting with built in mouse is challenging and cumbersome; will likely invest in a wireless mouse.

I got this computer for college and it does what I need it to do. I switched over from a macbook air for several reasons. One, I wanted a tablet as well and the way the yoga works you do get that. The performance is quite a bit slower then mac though. If you can save a little more and get something better then the i3 you would not regret it. I like the idea of the yoga and this gets your daily tasks done but has a bit of a noticeable lag. Overall 7.5/10

Purchased open box at great price. Love the weight and size. Screen is perfect. Keyboard feels a teeny bit small and I dislike the 1/2 size backspace button. Great price for my needs.

I bought this for my mom who has been looking for a tablet but wanted the versatility of a laptop. She has been very happy with it and all the functions it has given her. Now some cons for this hybrid are of course no dvd drive and limited access to service it on your own. For a average user who only uses it for surfing and occasional reading of books this is a great hybrid. Battery life last for about ~6 hrs but she's not a heavy user like myself. There are some lags between switching from laptop to tablet but it's bearable. So if you are looking for a entry level setup for a kid or older adult this is a great computer to start with.

It is a little slower than what I would like. But for the price I can't complain. This device is easy to use and smaller than a laptop but heavier than a tablet.

The Lenovo 2in1 was been great a little slow for what I was expecting but for what I use it it's quick enough. My uses included, typing papers for school, some music, Netflix, and on line info search. Battery life was a little low two but like I said I don't spend all day on my lap top. So for my needs its been perfect.

Zane at Best Buy was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. Laptop was a great price as an open box item. I am still getting used to Windows 10 which was a free download. It is quite a bit different to navigate than Vista was . There are so many icons and apps it is hard to filter out which ones you want to keep, most of them are not wanted. Wish the battery life was longer. Also will be glad when they take the screen all the way to the edge. I like a smaller laptop but would like a bigger screen to make it easier to read.

We are enjoying our new laptop and tablet - the Lenovo Yoga was highly recommended to me and I've now recommended it to other friends. We use it every day for everything! The options to tent or fold into a tablet has become very handy. I also think that the laptop is very stable and easy to use.

I bought this for my fiancee and it was literally the perfect gift because she was in need for a computer update. The tablet and computer in one was awesome and everything that comes with it is spectacular! However, if you do not know how to use Windows 8, then expect big struggle with adjusting to it. I knew how to work windows 8 because i have a surface myself, but to learn the glitches and whatnot takes some time to adjust. Overall, its a good investment, just be prepared to be frustrated with windows 8 is all.
