Best buy staff is top notch and Lenovo shouldn't be in the same ball park. Couldn't give me one free. But if in Richfield MN all of the staff at the 494 location will set you up great. Just mind brand name. You get what you pay for.

Purchased from the Geek Squad Certified

This particular one did not even last 30 days before completely dying. I was reassured by the Best Buy associate, that IF this were to happen that Best Buy would replace my computer with a new one. They DID NOT. I do not recommend purchasing any of the Open Box items regardless of how good of a deal you may think you are getting.

It's not a wi-if issue; I have multiple laptops I use and this is the only one that drops it. To get it back I have to disconnect and reconnect. It is set to auto connect but that does not resolve the issue.
