Gets the job done.
I bought for the light weight and the watch band hinge and the overall "sexy" finish.
After 2 weeks of purchase i notice that a screw from the base was missing. I thought "mmm" how could i have not noticed that; but later realized all the screw were not staying in place and now i have to be constantly tightening them. Just simple movement from surface to surface make the screws loose. So while looking for the screw which i thought had to be in room given that i havent travelled with it yet , i found a small part that belong to the watch band hinge. Tried to fit it back but they all keep falling off. Ive attached the photo. It does bother me that this keeps happening.
But i do like the laptop except for these small probs.

I originally bought this laptop as a supplement to my other, much larger and heavier, computer. Unfortunately, I ran into trouble with two of these laptops and I am currently on my 3rd on right now. So if I returned two of these laptops, then why did I give this product a 4/5 stars? Let me explain: The first laptop I bought was the earlier version with the same physical specifications, except that it came with Windows 8.1. I was not a fan of 8.1, but I liked that I could upgrade from 8.1 to 10 for free. After the upgrade, there were a few problems that I ran into, like the screen going black after a few seconds on Netflix. I also ran into some "graphical artifacts" which were essentially touchscreen bubbles remaining on the screen after lifting the lid. So naturally, I thought it was a hardware problem and that I had a faulty product. So I exchanged it for an identical laptop with Windows 8.1. This second laptop had the exact same problems after doing the upgrade to Windows 10. So by this point I know this was never a hardware problem, and more of a software capability issue with the new Windows 10 operation system. I called Microsoft, Lenovo, and even Netflix to inquire about this problem, and they all said that Windows 10 might have a few bugs and will be cleared up within the next year. But since I was going back to college in a few weeks, I really wanted a working copy of the Yoga 3 Pro right NOW (call me picky). So I took the computer back to BestBuy, and while waiting to be helped with GeekSquad, I tried out the "floor models" of the Yoga 3 Pro. They worked flawlessly with Window 10. This made me wonder why they worked and my other two did not. As it turns out, these particular models came from the factory preloaded with Windows 10. Now by this point, you're probably wondering why I need this Windows 10 anyway. To put it simply, I liked the interface of the new operation system, and already loathed the 8.1 format. So finally after all this trouble I exchange my 2nd Yoga 3 Pro for a preloaded model (which actually has the same hardware specifications). With the 3rd time being the charm, the computer worked beautifully.
Now about the computer: It is extremely thin and light, weighing in at about 2.6 lbs. and measuring in at about 0.5 in thick. You'll first notice the very unique "watch band" hinge design and it flexes easily with no mechanical problems that I can see. The keys are relatively close together and have strange placement, but I like that the keyboard is backlit. The trackpad is rather small, and can be a little cumbersome at times. After turning on the computer, you'll notice that the computer doesn't have a BIOS shortcut during startup. This is because of Lenovo's "NOVO" button, which brings you directly to the BIOS menu from being turned off. Startup is extremely quick with the Yoga 3 Pro due to the lightning fast solid state drive. The screen is incredibly beautiful with a native resolution of 3200x1800 with a 16:9 aspect ratio. I noticed the screen brightness wasn't very great, but I've heard is comparable to other small Ultrabooks. The touchscreen is extremely responsive and has great palm rejection while using a stylus. The little "windows button" on the bottom of the screen is not very responsive and takes a few presses to activate. The video card holds up great with full screen video playback, but is not a powerhouse when it comes to video editing software or Photoshop. The 8GB of RAM helps with streaming and other everyday computing tasks. Mind you, this is not a gaming computer by any means, and will be limited by the hardware capabilities if one chooses to play graphic intensive games. The battery life is probably my biggest gripe, where I get 4 hours of life with normal use at 75% brightness. I'm sure you can squeeze out 5 hours if you keep the use minimal. The charging block is very compact and easy to store, but the charging cable is pretty short. In tablet mode, the software turns off the keys and touchpad so that you cannot accidentally activate them. I find that stand mode is incredibly useful when watching videos or studying lecture notes. The laptop comes with three USB ports, two of which are USB3.0 and the remaining port is USB2.0, which also acts as the charging port. There is micro HDMI output if you wish to connect to a larger screen or a TV, and there is an SD card slot reader. Although there are more capable computers with more storage and performance for the money, the Yoga 3 Pro provides a light, quick and flexible alternative to other bulkier options. I would not buy this laptop if it is your first or only computer. But to supplement a larger computer for a more mobile experience, is the whole point of this computer. That being said, although I have had some initial bad experience with my other versions of this computer, I would still recommend this product, and BestBuy's services to anyone in the market for this type of laptop.

This is the lightest and thinnest laptop that I have never got. The look is good and the performance is well enough for general use. The paper read mode is the most impressive feature to me. I have no regret to buy the laptop with this unbeatable price from BestBuy.

Love the thin size, speed of start up, display quality, simplicity in keyboard. Like the reviews said when I researched, the network connectivity is not very good, but worst case is you restart. Not a big deal when using this as personal, couch surfer in front of tv...definitely worth the trade off.

In Nov, I spent about an hour with one of the great sales associates at Best Buy checking out a number of laptops that fit my criteria. Thanks to the thorough knowledge of the associate, we narrowed it down and I walked out with my purchase. But a few days later, I decided that this one wasn't fitting my needs completely so I returned it for an exchange. At that point, we looked at the Lenovo which was a bit higher in price than I wanted to spend, but it had everything I was looking for and was the right size and weight for a constant traveler. A newbie to Windows 10, it took a few days to navigate, but I am "luvin' the Lenovo" and amazed at its features and speed. Well worth the price!

Best buy price matched with the Lenovo site during 2015 holiday sale.
I was using HP laptop before. Compared to that the build quality is significantly better. This laptop is very sleek and light. The screen quality and resolution are fantastic, as good as premium smart phones. Sometimes this high resolution can be problem when applications do not know how deal with it. So sometimes I run this on reduced resolution 1080P. I use this laptop to connect to work vpn and is drive an additional monitor.
Touch screen comes in handy when scrolling around. You know how clumsy it is to use the mouse pad on laptops. Also switching between laptop and tablet mode is seamless.
On the downside its slightly under powered. But for most of my use it works just fine. The battery does not last all day. I get around 4 hours with one charge. I am not too upset as I expected this as this laptop is super thin.

I am a basic laptop user, I am not an artist, an engineer/architect (student or professional). Although I am a student, my major is business management, and this laptop is amazing for those on the go. It is extremely light and you do not feel it weighing you down when in a backpack. The different modes comes in handy when sitting in a chair with one of those pull-over tables. It maximizes space.
Normally my usage includes light internet browsing, maybe no more than 3 tabs as I personally don't like a clutter of Windows. But I know this laptop can handle a lot more. I also use Microsoft office, and I do utilize cortana, which is like Siri, for Windows 10 devices. I know I do not get my money's worth with the things I use my laptop for, but I made the purchase based off of its flexibility (literally), it's style, weight, and the fact that Lenovo is an amazing brand.
The touch screen is very responsive, and when using Microsoft onenote I used a disk tip stylus (memo is the brand) and it feels very nice. I also use a hurion tablet glove for palm rejection. The only negative thing is that this laptop does not have an active digitizer so you can't use an s pen for it.

Very good laptop for the price. The solid state drive definitely helps speed things up, however the Core M processor lags quite a bit. It's super light and easy to carry out. It's also one of the thinnest Ultrabooks you can buy which makes using it in tablet mode almost enjoyable.

This machine is great. I have an iPad I love, but sometimes you just need a laptop, something with a larger screen and a real keyboard for photography and those sites that just won't work with an iPad. The only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars is that I haven't had it very long so who knows what I might find in another few months? I looked hard at MacBooks and decided on the Lenovoa yoga for its price and touch screen.

This is a great, lightweight fast computer.
The high resolution screen makes it difficult to use certain sites,
The keyboard is okay, not great, the touch could be better, but that would require a thicker computer probably. Backlight key option is very nice.
Battery life is shorter than I'd like, about 4 1/2 hours.

The fan does make some noise occasionally which I am able to forgive. The laptop is so lightweight yet sturdy. I lobe the clarity of the screen and the speed of the machine. The wifi works, but seems confused when it moves locations or comes out of sleep mode.

So far I love the Lenovo Yoga Pro 3. The screen is very legible and shows images beautifully. It is amazingly light and I love the flexible hinge for getting the keyboard out of the way. I haven't used it enough yet to know if there are limitations but so far I haven't run into any. It is very fast and responsive.

We bought one, then another one a week later. Easy to setup and came with Windows 10 pre installed. Very light but durable. Mine fell out of back pack at the Chicago airport an hit the hard floor. A little damage on the side, besides that everything still works great. Almost bought the Surface Pro for $600 more, but I am glad I got the Yoga.

I love this laptop due to it being light weight and touch screen, but i am not crazy about the feel of the keypad. Overall i love the speed and i really like that Windows 10 is similar to Windows 7. I absolutely love that it is quiet when it runs and doesn't get hot.

I have purchased this machine as well as an $1199 Yoga 900 (with core i7). The performance difference in normal use is minimal and I think the Yoga Pro 3 is a fabulous deal when on sale. . . I assume they're being cleared out to make room for the newer model. I haven't found the performance from the Core M processor to be lacking, which was my primary concern.

My daughter had an older version of this computer. She liked it, but it was damaged, so we replaced with similar version. Not too big or heavy, which is good for carrying it to classes, and like the touch screen and how it flips over flat to a tablet.
