Don't bother

Not worth the effort of setting it up.

Had the second one 3 months when it started to shut off automatically but would not restart for several hours. Took it in then it behaved. Finally it gave up the ghost after 4 1/2 months.

Great laptop with a few exceptions
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice laptop, with a few caveats. I also own the Yoga 2 Pro with the same amount of RAM, but with a smaller SDD. My Yoga 2 Pro with the i7 definitely outperforms the Yoga 3 Pro with the power saving CPU. Also, I could've used a 3rd USB port. And please, Lenovo, somehow get rid of the smallish shift key on the right side of the keyboard and replace it with one identical to the left side. A person like me who is used to typing on a full-size keyboard finds this annoying!

DON'T Bother Buying!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this exact computer, TWICE (guess I didn't learn the first time). The first one, the mouse touchpad stopped working after a little over a week. The touch screen still worked but that couldn't do everything I needed it to, so I returned it. Second one, screen kept freezing after 5-10 mins of use, after I had the computer nearly two weeks; nothing would work, touch screen, mouse pad, nothing. Not sure why this computer is getting great reviews; it stinks BIG time. In addition, it kept dropping wifi (as other reviewers have said). Thought we'd have to get a new router but I was done with Lenovo so I bought my first MacBook Air and I LOVE IT! And, the router works just fine, don't need to buy a new one, the Apple computer doesn't drop wifi, it's excellent. I was originally drawn to this particular Lenovo because of the 8 GB memory, 512 GB Solid State Drive. But, after being burned twice, I wasn't about to be burned again. Off to Apple I go! Never thought I would get a Mac, but it's great!

Poor Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a yoga 2 13" from the Lenovo website 8/2014. The network card quite on 8/2015. Lenovo replaced the mother which contains the network card. Four months later it won't boot up. Computer tech's tell me that the motherboard is bad again. They wanted $860 to fix it. Don't waist your money on this poorly designed product! Best Buy Sells other laptops that have cooling fans.

Disappointing overall....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a slick package, but some design choices made me return it. I wanted to love this ultrabook, but I just couldn't. The hardware is fantastic. It's thin and lightweight. The screen is beautiful. The keyboard feels great for such a thin laptop, but neglecting to have a dedicated function key row was issue for me as I use them all the time for work. Even with basic use, the laptop would come to a screeching halt at times. On a few occassions I didn't even have any applications running and the mouse cursor would freeze both when using the touch pad and a bluetooth mouse. I have a Dell Venue 11 Pro with the same Intel core M processor and it shows no lag even with light gaming from games directly from the Windows App Store. The battery life also left something to be desired with at best 5-6 hours of mixed use. I'd recommend getting the newest version. The function row is there and the processing power and battery life are both improved. I went with a HP Spectre x360 instead and am happy with the decision.
