The touchscreen is super responsive, the display is vibrant, and performance has been smooth for everything I've thrown at it so far, especially multitasking! Battery life has been solid too and I really appreciate all ports as I am constantly hooking up to different AV configurations. Overall, a fantastic all-around laptop that is super sleek and delivers great value and versatility.

I have ine and my son has one now, we are not tech savviest but this was so easy to set up and it is light and amazing graphics. I will buy a third for my other child for xmas. I cant speak to gaming on it because we use it for college and work. It is reliaable and the charger is so light compared to other laptops, it is just a usb thing like our phones !

Amazing computer!

The screen is bright and has great clarity, which is perfect for graphic and artistic work. The keyboard, display, and battery life are excellent, and it runs very smoothly. I love the 2-in-1 design because it folds into tablet mode, making it easier to draw, work on creative projects, and visualize ideas. The option to use a pencil directly on the screen is a big plus. It’s lightweight, comfortable to use, has a beautiful design, and overall performs very well.

Still figuring It Out
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a nice little machine. A little temperamental though. It doesn't always start up right away. Sometimes, I have to press the power button a few times. There's no way to tell if this press will do it since it takes 30 seconds or so before there are any signs of life. I have Microsoft Office on the computer. I do not store anything in the cloud unless I am using it as a public file. However, without clear warning, things are stored on the cloud. I don't need a machine that I can't use unless there is wifi. There's a reason why I purchased it with a 1TB SSD. I know this is probably a MIcrosoft issue, but it is very frustrating when it is not clear where things are being stored. When I open my Documents folder, I expect to be able to open it with the drop down folders I created and for it all to be on the computer I saved it on. Only to see that most of what I saved is not accessible without wifi. Anyway, the machine itself is light and fast [once it decides to wake up].

To start, with system startup, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
Also, with OneDrive, please visit the following link to a Microsoft Support webpage that details how to disable and uninstall OneDrive since you wish to not utilize the service: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/turn-off-disable-or-uninstall-onedrive-f32a17ce-3336-40fe-9c38-6efb09f944b0

Perfect school laptop

Regarding your comment on battery life, first, we are sorry to hear that battery life fell short of your expectations. We wish to provide the best experience possible, so if you'd like to, we want to share some information that can help to improve your experience with battery life.
To start, there are many variables that contribute to shorter battery life. Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend utilizing the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). You can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.
