Excellent mid-range computer

Luckily, I'd also bought a 3-yr extended warranty, and since BB wasn't able to fix it in 30 days, I was able to pick up this one to replace it. So far, I've had zero complaints, and in one way, this computer's better, as the other didn't have a numeric keyboard (which is so useful).

Nice product but take those comments. no easy cases that works in a market for this laptops

We aim to provide excellent user experience for our products, and we would love to recommend a few actions you can take to improve your experience.
Firstly, we recommend ensuring that the included charger is not resting against any fabric material that could be trapping the heat within the charger.
Also, please check for and apply any available updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings to help ensure you are using the latest software and drivers to ensure your system is using the newest power regulation version. To check for updates, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, apply all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.

Charger for this laptop 65w

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be aware that the charger that plugs into the wall for this laptop has a black cover that is perfectly fit around the plug and it’s warning is so tiny and hard to see that I missed it and now the charger got so hot that, thankfully, caused the laptop to completely shut down and it was protected, but the charger is burn up, and I have to buy a new one now. Apparently this happens a lot, and the girl that helped us at Best Buy didn’t know anything about this laptop so she didn’t know to warn us. Otherwise, Lenovo appears to be a great product. I’m still checking it out after I get my new charger.
