A total "miss" from lenovo!

The right shift key... like seriously who changes the keyboard such that you cannot type the usual way on it? Lenovo asks you to use a software to switch the keys... It's not the same I'm sorry. 2. There is screen bleeding on this laptop... and I tried 3! Returned first for light leakage when viewing on black or dark screen... had the same problem with the second and a third (and got banned from returns by BB... not my fault... store better products)... also the screen resolution is advertised as similar to other laptops... but the whites in this machine are more like yellow. Note: I like lenovo machines... just not this one.

Next day asked Geek Squad to set up computer and they where very patient but unable to do this due to the slowness !.24 of my computer, which is all I have available in this area. Will need to try again.

Still not able to learn how to start it, specially from sleep. Graphics card is not good. You can see black area on every thing almost. Can connect to a screen though.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. With regard to how the system wakes from sleep, you can set this up as you choose. You do this within the control panel of your system under power management settings. Within power management, you can set up when the system sleeps and what wakes the system up. Graphics processing within this configuration is integrated on the Intel Core I-5 processor - There is no discrete graphics card. The version of integrated graphics processing on the chip is Intel® HD Graphics 520. With regard to seeing back area on the screen, it sounds like the screen resolution on your laptop screen may not be on the optimum resolution setting. To check this, just right click on the Windows desktop, select "screen resolution" from the menu that appears. Within the window that opens, check the resolution setting. If you check the dropdown menu there find the setting that says "recommended". Set that resolution and the black boarder should disappear. Finally, with regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
