The stylist they sold me wouldn't work and when I visited the store again the tec said it was Windows Ink capable, whatever that means. Disapointed in the false adverstsing.

It is smaller than i thought it would be. He is sorta happy with it. If i had to redo it would get the next size up

I hit page up instead of shift on the right side ALL THE TIME. It is thin and light, boots up fast and has a clean display. But that keyboard is a nonstarter. I’m planning to sell it.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

If it's microsoft word or solitaire, this 2-in-1 works great. I was going to get a chromebook, but the best buy associate explained that there would be less issues using microsoft products instead of google and trying to convert them.

For the right price...

A little too small, anything less than 13 really is pushing it. And the rotation of the screen when opening or closing sometimes left the screen stuck upside down as if in tablet mode but we didn't have it in tablet mode. That got old quick. I'm sure there are fixes for that but ultimately no backlit keyboard and the size was enough to return it.

In addition, I love the small size of the laptop @ 11.6" After travelling extensively with a huge 15" "Boat Anchor" style laptop, it is so refreshing to have this light, fast and reliable laptop....

Great 2 in 1 for the price point

Biggest con to me, was the oddly designed keyboard. If you plan to do a lot of typing this is something to check out and take into consideration. Performance wise this laptop has been great.

Right now, I want to get one for myself. It feels snappy thanks to the SSD and the screen is vibrant. For light stuff, this would be a great companion

Posted .With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. As for documentation for this device, it is all online now.
