Bought this for my niece and she loves it To make a long story short, we discovered early on that the brightness can go so low that the display looks like the laptop is completely turned off.

I got this for my wife to keep all of her quilting patterns on. she is very happy with the size of the screen and the speed in which it starts up and loads her files.

The laptop it self offers great color accuracy and brightness. It is very light weight and come with DDR5. For the money, it is by far the best laptop to get for office stuff. I got mine open-box and I went to Best Buy in store to check on the quality of the open box and it was a new prpduct with some fingerprints on the laptop. I made sure to check functionality and it was brand new.

Nice size and weight. Overall, the laptop did not impress me. Maybe I got a defective one, but I simply purchased something different and returned this one. It got hot and dark screen on a few occasions. The touch screen did not always work. I found myself having to use the mousepad more often than I liked because the screen wasn’t responsive. Keyboard lightis a bit of a pain. You have to do it each time you want it. I found that very annoying.

Convenient, light weight, fast. Exactly what I was looking for in a laptop.

Got this little guy to replace my go to laptop whos battery got a critical failure, It was advertised on sale at 4am for $369 with my rewards ended up paying 300 bucks. An hour later decided i should get another but price was now 649. For $300 bucks its the best laptop full of features anyone can buy, for 649 it gets a pass only for the fact of it is 8g ram that is not upgradeable.

I got this laptop for my girlfriend for school and she absolutely loves it. Her favorite feature of it is how it automatically turns on when opened. She also loves how sleek it is and how nice it feels in tablet mode. Would most defintely recommend this for anyone contemplating it.
