I really expected an amazing computer based upon the specs and the price for this, but in the past year, it has been a big disappointment. I constantly run into performance issues where the internet connection is slow, browsers run slow and the worst, during zoom calls, my audio cuts out because of low system resources. I have an older Carbon X1 that runs circles around this overpriced computer.

It was time for an upgrade from my older version of Lenovo Yogo from 2018. I figured, why step away from a product that has worked so well for me for so long. So far, I have not been disappointed. Great laptop!

Very bad experience and weird touchpad. Performance is okay but it’s not user friendly.

Did not come with face recognition as stated and black on black finger print option is very difficult to locate on front of system

This laptop has been terrible from the moment I opened it. I started it up and it immediately began overheating and shutting itself down. I thought it was because it was new and needed so many updates, but it just kept getting worse and worse. This happened continuously so that it was unusable. When I contacted support, they blamed me for not contacting them sooner. Still, the technician who took control of the laptop found it was well over 100 degrees at all times. I sent it in, they replaced some things, and sent it back. It immediately began happening again. They also sent it back with white paint-like stains all over the lid. I sent it back for a second time and this time they replaced the fan and some system pieces. It worked for a couple days and immediately began happening AGAIN. Chatting with tech support, they couldn’t find an issue and just advised me to factory reset the laptop each time it happens. I haven’t even gotten the chance to set it up because it’s been reset so many times! You would think at this point they would just replace the laptop, but no. Just keep sending it back and forth. I’ve had this laptop since April and have only gotten to use it for maybe 5 days max. It has been such a waste of time and money.

We purchased this computer for my daughter for college on august 7th 2022. It is just ouside the manufacturers warrenty on the 25th of september and we can not turn it on. $1000+ spent on this and it only lasted just past the warrenty. This is a huge dissapointment.

Open Box Excellent quality sort of held up - device seemed to be in top shape visually, but it was missing the included stylus and a part of the charging cable. Device also performed significantly below par on benchmark tests - 20ish% when compared to identical devices.

Love this laptop. Specs speak for themselves but I went in looking at a different model with similar specs and the look of this laptop with the leather back and the seamless track pad made it stand out over all the others.

I feel like we stole it! Awesome high end computer for a very very reasonable price. We bought an open box and it looked brand new. Even the cashier couldn’t believe the deal!!!

This computer stopped booting up after using it for only 2 yrs.

so used to Hp that it is a little difficult getting used to like the graphics

finger password dont work . Rest is good. Bulky Power supply cord.

Great laptop but I could have saved $500 by waiting to purchase it.

The computer is nice, but when running a graphics program like Painter, I find that its display makes it difficult to see the cursor. More like gray on white than black on white. I must confess, however, that I am past 70. Younger folks might not notice this as a problem.

Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Made my decision easier. Thin design, great to travel. Would recommend.

A wonderful computer, very high quality. The processing speed is a little slow but not a problem unless running high powered programs.

My son needed a new computer for college. After searching for specific options he selected this one. Seems to be everything he needs.

This item was purchased for my son to take with him to begin college in the fall. It meets all of his requirements and needs.

Good performance laptop, so far so good This is the replacement of the my original laptop that was defective: digital pencil dont work and sticky botton on the keyboard. Now This is working much better
