I liked the machine enough to do that. Nice feel. Very thin and still does not get too hot. Sometimes freezes up but I am going to blame that on my network for now. Overall good device.

Sending in for repairs already

I'm unsure if it's the power supply unit or the laptop itself. I have to return both to Lenovo for repair. As of right now I'd have to say I would not recommend this product. If repair is fast and of good quality I might change my mind later.

The screen always changing colors, the mouse click is sometimes unresponsive. It freezes every now and then not constant though. I have to have task manager open in the background to force close frozen programs and color calibration has to be done almost 3- 4 times a day. I then returned to Best buy and tried to trade it for a different same one without all the bugs. They ended up charging me for no reason and I objected to being charged for something that I had no fault in. They left me stuck with the same computer that has issues like 2010 Android with bugs and stuff. Not even my latest Android has so much issues. So for Lenovo they need to fix these things and for best buy quit charging me for having to trade my computer that has bugs not my fault .

Posted .Since you mention issues "right out of the box", there must have been a problem with the initial set up of Windows 10. You may want to restore the system back to factory defaults and start over. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.
