I bought open box in Excellent condition for around $1300 for my wife. She loves it. Only giving a 4 star because the battery life isn’t the best and for the standard retail price, I would expect at least a FHD+ screen. For the deal I got, it was totally worth it though

This model ships with a Integrated 69Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery, which within this model configuration, has a battery life of up to 13 hours, depending on the work the device is performing. This model configuration also ships with a 15.6 inch (screen size measured diagonally) IPS - FHD (1920x1080) 10-point Multi-touch screen, with a brightness level of 500 nits, has a Glossy finish. This screen is HDR 400 and Dolby Vision Certified. If you are getting substantially less battery life, first, set your screen brightness at less than 100-percent - try 80-percent to start with. Then, be sure Battery conservation Mode is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to 60-percent of capacity. Here is a link to instructions for turning off Battery Conservation Mode: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht103159. Also check what programs are running in the background on the computer. Be sure only the programs you want running in the background are. These programs will drain the battery. Then, finally, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. Incompatible software will drain the battery at a faster rate. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because price was a little too high for me and then I was suppose to receive it on like a Tues but it kept being delayed and finally got it Friday. If I’d known that I would have just gone to store to get it.

Also using external keyboard and mouse. Working on learning all the other capabilities of this computer. Have always felt that Lenovo is a quality brand which was part of the reason for selecting this model. Best Buy staff was very helpful as this was an in person transaction

It is a process in learning for me. I am sure I will learn to love it but right now I am having trouble with it. If you are like me and don't have computer training you are better off with a much less expensive computer.

This makes it usable in brightly lit areas. The chassis is metal all around and feels very well put together. The laptop boots very quickly, and performance all around is good. Lenovo generally makes great keyboards. I picked this one because it has a 10 digit keypad. I haven't had much time using it off battery, but when I do a full charge is usually estimated around 8 hours.

It arrived and powered up fine; however, after 3-4 power-up uses, the Power button just stopped working. 2) New replacement for the first item returned - I never opened or used and returned it after an IT expert informed me that the touch-screens on these Yogas are poor and fail usually during the first 2 years of use.

It has a smooth finish, feels like it made of sturdy material. I have to get used to the keyboard because it has the number keys on the side which throws me off but I just have to get used to it. I'm really happy with my purchase, I was afraid that I was going to regret my purchase because I came from using a Mac Book Pro, don't get me wrong I really enjoy using Apple Products but Lenovo is my next option for computers. The Yoga 9i does not disappoint, I'm relieved that it fits my needs and has more to offer than a mac book pro compared to the price.

My old HP laptop was still running strong... but OH SO SLOW! This Lenovo Yoga is like... NO WAITING! I keep an average of about 15 tabs open at a time when in my browser, and I use QuickBooks a lot for work! And I have not been this satisfied with a NEW Purchase since my last desktop purchase in 2008!

Well now for my second problem that I have as was bought on 129/2020 and the warranty started on 11/1/2020 which I thought was strange so I live chatted Lenevo and they said I had to submit an Eticket to fix it because they start the warranty when they sell it to best buy....Really that is great customer service and that's all I have to say about it.

RETURNED - Defective Battery - Overheating

I was not running anything and the fan started and the noise level of the fan was incredibility loud. I've never heard a computer fan be so loud. Then I noticed the battery was draining at a very fast pace. The percentage decreased 5% in five minutes. Called Lenovo support. The tech person ran a diagnostics and indeed there were issues with the battery/power supply. However, it could not determine what it was that was causing the fan to come on nor why the battery was draining excessively. Tech guy was great and tried his best which was most appreciated. It was suggested to have a tech person come to my residence to look at and attempt to repair the laptop. No thanks! For this price point a consumer should not have to have issues with the product right out of the box. The product was defective and compromised in quality. So, back to the store it went. I just hope that Best Buy will not put it out there for open box resale. Best Buy needs to send it back to Lenovo and get a credit. There are many reports on the internet of these same issues with this and other Lenovo Yoga laptops. I believe the Thinkpads are good but Lenovo is missing that mark on this product line.
