It is extreme valuable product. Powerful and light weight which I was always prefer to have. The 2 in 1 feature is just awesome as now i can now use it like a tab.

I thought this computer had everything I was looking for: the CPU, the RAM, SSD, 15.6" touch screen. What could go wrong? Unfortunately I did not realize how the latest computers have eliminated the ports that I'm used to having on my 10-year-old laptop. There were only two regular USB ports and one new style USB-c, which I have no use for. No HDMI, no ethernet RJ45, no memory card readers, no CD/DVD. I was kind of expecting there would be no CD/DVD because my sister just bought a new computer and had to buy a separate player. So now you have to buy new external devices, new adapters, new cables, and a new USB bus to accommodate all those connections. I could not even plug in a network cable to transfer my files, and the bluetooth connected to my old laptop so I should have been able to transfer that way, but it wasn't letting me actually do it. So I had to return it. It's hard to find anything that checks all my boxes so I still haven't found a replacement. If you're fine with the lack of ports, I have no other problems with this model and I felt sad to return it because I thought it was an excellent deal. PS I was unable to submit this review until I increased the rating to 4 stars. I originally rated 3 but it wouldn't submit!

This laptop has been useful. I’m an apple person, but I have to use Windows for work. It has been an adjustment, but I like the touch screen and that it can be used as a tablet or a laptop. Windows 10 is not as bad as I thought it would be. Once you personalize things, it’s easy to use. I heard that Windows 11 looks more like a mac interface. Not sure if that’s true, but I hope so. The keyboard has nice large keys. This would be helpful for anyone with large hands. I really like that it has a number pad on the keyboard. The only thing that strikes me as odd is that the battery doesn’t seem to last very long. Maybe the programs that I use are very draining, but I have to charge the computer after 5 or so hours of use. I like that you can unlock the computer with your finger. It super easy to setup and use. Overall, it’s a good computer. I just wish the battery lasted longer.

Solid Windows laptop, screen display is excellent. Keys seem to be a bit larger, which took a bit getting used to, but all keys including number pad and direction are great to have. It lacks nothing on keyboard. Very responsive. Definitely worth the money.

So far so good. The spec on BestBuy's website say it has an HDMI input....NOT TRUE. You will need to buy an adapter to plug into USB. There is no ethernet port either...again need an adapter. So it has just 4 USB inputs 2 USB-C and 2 USB-A and a sound jack for speakers etc...that's it. You plug the power cable into USB-C. Speed and picture are great. No issues so far after 3 weeks

Lenovo Yoga C740 2-in-1 is so fast, light, and easy to use compared to my old 8GB PC. It was very easy to set up. This model has a full keyboard with key pad and a backlit keyboard which my older model did not have. Still getting used to the touchscreen.

I'm an "older gentleman", and found this an excellent transition from my OLD Tower. The Keyboard is EASY, the Mousepad was easy to use (even though i used an external Mouse), and the Screen resolution is GORGEOUS! CONS: NO CD/DVD ROM Drive. I can't be THAT old... Only TWO USB Ports. With no Accessory Drives, thats unacceptable! Must be a Windows 10 thing, but I'm having trouble adding Desktop Icons for Programs, and I CAN'T save many Files, because it keeps saying they're "write protected"!! I have NO idea how to undo that. All in all, it's a fantastic Laptop! Fairly intuitive to use, great Software Suite included, and great performance so far. I would recommend it to anyone!

Good for the price. This has been a good reliable lap top. Not a gaming one but reliable for basic needs.

Good pc had a few problems, but since I purchased geek squad the problems have been fixed for no added costs. i enjoy using it.

Great student PC. My kid loves it. The screen and the keyboard are nice. Just wish this model had 16gb of ram.

To be truthful this product probably deserves 5 stars but I am a computer beginner and would have loved to take classes to understand how to use computers. My incentive to buy was to use it for continuing education which I did complete a course and I am happy for that! I was not happy to have to spend hours in the weeks prior having to use computer geeks to get inside and straighten out systems on my new computer that did it come like that? or did I hit the wrong button? I was so tense during my course as I was afraid daily that somehow something in my computer would screw up my continuing education. Thank goodness it did not. It doesn't come with directions on downloads, moving things to other parts of the computer, etc. I have had people try to help me over the phone but as their screen is not my screen it's a miracle they still want to help. I guess what I'm saying is computers should come with a basic class as obviously there are still people buying them that have never been trained on them. So I have had moments when it seems cool, but I have I have also had many moments of frustration that that could be prevented with a computer course!

This is a great laptop - does everything I need it to do. Awesome picture and sound quality.

Hard drive crashed twice. And display blacked out often. Had to pay to fix on my own. Factory warranty claims are very difficult and the turn around is crazy long if you need your computer back quickly.

This device is very reliable and rugged and I will strongly recommend, still working welll

I think the laptop is good, but i just have few days of the purchase and i think i'm having problems with the hardware. I do not have the active desktop and there are notices that the memory could not be read ... I do not know what happens, I will have to take it to review
