This was a very nice tablet but had to many bugs in the software and I had to return it

The Lenovo Yoga Tab Plus is an android tablet that looks to compete with the AI chip powered laptops that have been released recently. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, is optimized to perform AI tasks including image generation. This is a true tablet powered by android, it is not a windows based tablet so the operation is different but in a good way. For one I can download Netflix shows for later viewing which I could not do on a windows based laptop. That is where the 12.7-inch 3K IPS display with a resolution of 2944 x 1840 comes in. The screen is bright and has a high refresh rate that will make any mobile games crisp. The IPS screen offers the bets viewing angles. All of this to say you get a bright, capable, and functional screen to cover work productivity and entertainment in a portable package. As far as productivity goes, the Yoga Tab Plus COMES WITH a magnetic kickstand which allows you to modify the tilt angle or completely remove it if you want, a keyboard with track pad, and a pen for taking notes or drawing. These three items are very important because the kickstand is used whether or not I am using the tablet for productivity or entertainment. Now the keyboard can be removed completely or folded under the tablet while remaining magnetically attached. Same with the pen, it remains magnetically attached and is charged up while it is attached to the tablet. All of this is great because you can remove and attach any or all items with ease depending on how you will be using the tablet. There is no need to buy peripherals for the Yoga Tab Plus that would add an extra $300 minimum. I didn’t expect much from the speakers of the Yoga Tab Plus, however they get loud and don’t distort as much as I thought they would. I was very surprised by the audio quality, especially during Whatsapp video calls. My biggest concern will be storage space. 256 GB of space is not going to be enough for my usage. My phone has more space, but the USB C port will allow for offloading large files to an external drive. However I would have liked to have seen a microsd card slot on this to mitigate storage issues. In any case, the USB C slot allows for reverse charging! This is great because I am able to charge my iPhone 15 Pro via the USB C port of the Yoga Tab Plus. The screen, keyboard, track pad, kickstand, and pen have pen responsive and easy to use. I see great utility as an iOS user with this tablet even though sticking to an iOS device like an iPad may be easier, The quality of materials and accessories included with the Yoga Tab Plus make it a no brainer for me, especially with the amount of air travel I have. I want something I can download my own entertainment to when I have some down time, but I also want something I can use word, PowerPoint, and excel with. The Yoga Tab Plus fills all of my travel needs with the accessories included and has replaced my work laptop going forward.

I will be comparing this tablet to both a Samsung S7+ and a 2 year old Apple that my wife uses. First off, I am pretty impressed with this tablet. Set up was a breeze and only took about 15 minutes with updates, etc. Holding the tablet, I would have to say that Lenovo got this size and feel down perfect. Feels premium, looks premium and sounds premium. The screen is bright, colorful and responsive. I have had zero lag when multitasking and/or gaming. Everything transitions smoothly. Now, where I believe this shines is with the included keyboard and writing pen. Both work flawlessly and I have found that I keep the tablet on the keyboard 80% of the time. Battery life is shortened up a bit since the keyboard uses the tablet for power. The trade off is worth it! Both the keyboard and tablet stand attach magnetically and I find it works great! No issues. My knit picking complaint is that I wish the tablet and the all the accessories were of a different color. Vanilla in color is beginning to attract dirt and discoloration. But one minor complaint over the "almost replaces my laptop" is more than worth it! Excellent product!!
