The price was fair for this early release. Just like the recent Sony 5th Element release, this one is a dream for fans. I wish all catalog titles will receive this kind of treatment. Top class video transfer, with added detail, while still retaining fine grain. Dolby Atmos upgrade included as well. Looking forward to seeing more Sony catalog titles in the future

I finally got around to seeing this, and I’m glad I picked it up now. Really enjoyed it and a very good movie. Albeit a little violent but heartwarming at the same time. Natalie Portman did a outstanding job in this! The 4K transfer looks excellent, and the SteelBook is gorgeous.

Another Luc Besson movie that will have you glued to you seat. Some people think it exploits children but not true. A real coming of age tale that shows us how Natalie Portman could be Luke and Leia's Mother :) A story of a hitman taking an orphan in, to protect her from the crooked cops that killed her parents, and traing her to be a "cleaner". Very powerful and a must see for everyone.

A great thriller with an early performance by Natalie Portman supported by film veterans Jean Reno and Gary Oldman. Much more cerebral than the films of Jason Statham but with great action sequences and twists and turns. The 4K transfer is a must-have, much better than the 'normal' bluray. Buy it.

Just as spectacular of a release "The Fifth Element" was under the Supreme Cinema Series from Sony, the same thing applies for this fantastic film. Great blu-ray release! Sony! I'm speaking to you now. Give "Last Action Hero" the Supreme Cinema Series treatment!!! Please!!! I'm begging you!!!!!

I bought Leon(The Professional), and in my humble opinion, this is one of the greatest movies from the 90's! First off you have the Jean Reno, as the quiet title character and Natalie Portman, as his protege, and Gary Oldman in a brilliantly psychotic role! I implore you, if you want an unforgettable film, YOU must do yourself a favour,and pick this up!

The 4K treatment of this action classic is one of the best examples of what the format is capable of currently on the market. I didn’t think the film could look any better than the 4K remaster blu ray but this 4K UHD presentation takes it several steps further. I doubt it has ever looked this good and may never look any better.

What more can be said about this classic film. Stellar performances and a storyline that draws you in immediately. The 4k treatment is fantastic even for an older film because you're mastering direct from the negative not like many of today's newer movies that are filmed digitally and scanned at a 2k res then converted to 4k after.

I grew up with this movie. I had only seen the theatrical until this purchase. This one of those movies you can watch over and over and find something you missed each time. Besides the 5th Element this is one of Gary Oldman's all time great performances.

Leon didn't get nearly as much attention as Speed back in 1994 and it's a shame. This is an action film done right with an engaging story and characters you can truly care about. This film has never looked or sounded better on home video with superb picture and sound and it includes the superior international cut! Get it now!

I love this movie so much, and this particular version which is the true Leon cut, is an absolute masterpiece by Luc Besson. Natalie Portman, Jean Reno and especially Gary Oldman all are insanely good with their performances, and again this particular blu ray gave this movie a makeover that is just beautiful. For 10 bucks it is a steal.

This film is a masterpiece. Perfect audio and video on the UHD disc. Only caveat is that the disc is missing Dolby Vision. One of the three best films made by the director, the other two being The Fifth Element and La Femme Nikita. If you like the film and have the hardware to play and display UHD material, buy this disc NOW.

It has 2 version like other DVD & Blue Ray Version. It is old movie but still good. The picture is good and sound really better than 1st Blue Ray version. If someone like young natalie Portman this is it - her acting is very good, and you know Why Gary Oldman is great actor.

A film that seems ludicrous with it's premise of an orphaned girl wanting to be an assassin, and well, it's an older film, but I won't spoil it past that. It has great performances that makes you feel tense, uncomfortable, and it has Gary Oldman chewing up every scene and Jean Reno with his stoic good guy bass assery. A great watch.

If you have a bluray copy of this movie... throw it away or give it away and get this 4k release! If you’ve seen the movie then you know wahat to expect. If you don’t and you want a really good 4k for your collection. This is one you need.

I had never seen this one before so I'm ecstatic my first time was on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format. Holy wow! Is it ever a great movie and the 4K Ultra HD video and audio is outstanding! fantastic film, and an absolute classic. packaging was great. beautiful, crystal clear picture quality. Best Buy customer service is always number the absolute best. Couldn't recommend this more. I'm 100 perfect satisfied. great Stuff!

One of the greatest movies ever made and this 4K Ultra is amazing , though i am not into steelbook dvd/Blu-Ray/ 4K Ultra disks i don't believe there is any other way to get the film on 4K Ultra without it in North America .

I love movies with Gary Oldman as the bad guy, especially when he gets (SPOILER Alert). shafted at the end. This movie is also one of the first for Natalie Portman. Hard to believe that she played this role when she was so young. The picture was a true native 4K release by Sony. 8+ IMDB rated.

I've always loved this movie so when I saw the steelbook blu-ray version on sale for $10 I had to get it. When I watched it again I was reminded of just how good this movie really is, especially the extended version. It's a shame so many people misunderstand it. The blu-ray also had a lot of good extras on it, which I always appreciate.
