Overall okay; power description feels misleading

I just received and installed this today. Overall, I'm giving it a 2-star rating.
1. The USB ports are NOT fast charging. This is based on using a Samsung plug-in charger and a Samsung wireless charger, on both USB power and outlet power. Maybe it's implied in their description that it's not fast charging, but to a simpleton like me, all the language around "powerful", "3.6A/18WT" means fast charging. However, after realizing my phone was not fast charging, and reading the description again, it says the two ports COMBINED offer 3.6A/18WT. Okay, you got me on the technicality of the description. It will be the last time, though, Leviton.
2. It seems well built and of good quality.
3. If your existing outlet has two pairs of wires (two active, two neutral, one ground), then the included instructions are not very clear. They are written (and Leviton's YT video is) for outlets with a single active, a single neutral and one ground setup. The answer is to plug each pair of actives and neutrals into the slots, rather than looping around the bolts.
4. The temper-proof set up means that you need to firmly push the plug all the way in, beyond the initial resistance that will first trick you into thinking it's all the way in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I’ve installed four of these receptacles…..two in my house and two in a tool/work shed. Its nice because the two in the house are in the kitchen and im able to charge my phone while cooking dinner. It isnt a rapid charging receptacle, but nor does it claim to be.
