so far so good unit has been an operation now for 48 hours. I really like the airflow however I’m concerned that the unit may not perform to expectations only time will tell if I get a chance to write a response to this review six months from now I wonder if it would be different. Maybe it will be maybe it won’t. I don’t know until the six months elapses I won’t know but thanks anyways for listening at least I know someone out there cares your friend Miro body

This unit is as described. Easy to operate, very quiet on the low fan setting, and does not take up a lot of space in my rec room. Seems very well built including the packaging. I am considering buying another unit for the living room or bed room.

The unit (or filters) emitted an odor that made us feel sick. We replaced the filter 3 times (and ran the machine for several nights in another room to off-gas any factory odors after each replacement), but the issue persisted. When the filter was new the odor would arise 30-60 minutes after starting the machine. Three-star review rather than one star because Levoit's customer service was helpful and responsive. Initially they sent me a new filter after guiding me through troubleshooting to determine if the issue was with the machine or the filter. After the issue persisted with the new filter, they refunded me for the machine since it was still under warranty (good 2-year warranty). I experienced very short wait times when I called Levoit customer service, and knowledgeable service reps who were efficient and solution-oriented. Appreciate that I didn't have to waste an unreasonable amount of time, which is often the case with other companies - especially when it involves warranty and troubleshooting.

Instantly feel the difference in the air. Definitely a great investment.
