It’s quiet and I feel such a difference when I have it on. The timer function is great as sometimes I forget to turn it off. Its easy to set it and forget it. Would buy again.

Good machine, bad service

My only complaint is that the clerk at Best Buy deliberately sold me the wrong (and overpriced) replacement filter (although I asked her to check it) and I had to waste time and money to return it.

It actually looks good and works as advertised. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that they charge too much for replacement filters. There is no reason for such filters to cost so much when it doesn't cost as much to make!
