Works amazing. Helped alot with my allergies. Runs very quiet So it can be kept on while sleeping.

Unit runs very well. It's hard to evaluate how effective it is, but we have noticed some reduction of dust in the bedroom area where it is located.

The unit (or filters) emitted an odor that made us feel sick. We replaced the filter 3 times (and ran the machine for several nights in another room to off-gas any factory odors after each replacement), but the issue persisted. When the filter was new the odor would arise 30-60 minutes after starting the machine. Three-star review rather than one star because Levoit's customer service was helpful and responsive. Initially they sent me a new filter after guiding me through troubleshooting to determine if the issue was with the machine or the filter. After the issue persisted with the new filter, they refunded me for the machine since it was still under warranty (good 2-year warranty). I experienced very short wait times when I called Levoit customer service, and knowledgeable service reps who were efficient and solution-oriented. Appreciate that I didn't have to waste an unreasonable amount of time, which is often the case with other companies - especially when it involves warranty and troubleshooting.

I have been very impressed with this air purifier. It takes smells out of the room & makes the air quality better. I feel i can breathe better in my room with this on. When its on high it is a little loud. I haven’t used all of the settings yet. I like it had a filter with it. I also bought a pet filter. I am considering buying another one for my living room.

Works great! Just helped me get thru the summer with my allergies nothing usually works but this helps at least along with the AC
