    Way better than I expected. Also I have a LG stove which I paired via wifi. Now whenever I turn on my stove the blower auto turns on! So so cool

    We love the design and all of the features, the popcorn feature is perfect! all of the fun things you can do! The only thing I was not aware of, I did not measure and assumed, was that the profile of the microwave would be much longer than the depth of our cabinets. I think it read that it was flush, so I just assumed it would be. But, I guess since our cabinets are 10 years old, they are not as deep. But oh well, we are getting used to that. It's very pretty and sleek and well built so far. The WIFI is nice, but does not do much for you.

    Installed easily and works great. Much better than the Whirlpool model it replaced. Having looked at all the current offerings, in this size category, this LG is by far the best value proposition and the build quality is exceptional.

    Awesome microwave/hood. Hugh inside and it is slightly shorter than other microwave/hoods so it fit perfectly over our stove without having to remove the cabinet that was already there.

    I love it. At first I was like…um..I’m not sure; it is different looking. I gave it time and it grew on me. It’s sleek looking but still large enough to accommodate everything I wish to cook. And the options, which I thought I would never use, or so handy. Change is a good thing.

    I like the low profile but was surprised that the microwave sticks out about 3 inches further than one that is not low profile. I am getting use to it sticking out so far. Thus far the microwave works great.

    Would not buy again if I had known the vent fan was so loud and automatically goes to turbo mode if the interior is hot am moist from boiling water. Dishes must be covered. IT also gets stuck running and I have to unplug the unit to reset it. The touch pad does not work for dry fingers. There is not positive response to the button other than a beep. It is deeper than other low profile microwaves. The door only opens 90 degrees and gets in the way.

We understand your concern about the auto-vent and touchpad features that have been more of a hassle than a help. We strive to provide high-quality products that exceed our customer's needs and expectations.

      The automatic turbofan is designed to protect the unit from moisture buildup during high-steam activities like boiling, but we understand how the noise and lack of manual control can be frustrating, especially if the fan doesn’t shut off properly without a reset. If the fan is getting stuck frequently, we’d like to look into whether a control board reset or software update could help. Also, the touchpad sensitivity may vary depending on skin dryness or ambient conditions, but that’s something we can help troubleshoot.

      As for the door swing, we hear you—low-profile design trade-offs shouldn’t interfere with usability. We’d love a chance to dig deeper and pass this feedback along.     So far so good. I love the slim line version to fit under tighter install locations. The led lights are great and even the time is very gentle sounding.
