This LG OTR Microwave is excellent. It's very easy to use & functioning very well.

I wish I could give a 4.5 star rating because of the vague menu selection that could be shown on the display, but 5.0 it is. This rating is based on this microwave operating great because it is new and I expect that it will last me a long time. Look and Operation: The microwave itself looks and works great....so far. I trust LG and expect this microwave to last many years, or I will have a different opinion of the company--time will tell. Selection: I don't like that your have to refer to the manual to figure out what the Auto-Reheat number options are for when they can simply be shown in the digital display. I am not interested in memorizing all the number options--use the existing display. Potential firmware update? Exhaust Fan: I don't understand why there are 2 buttons to operate the exhaust fan: 1 to turn on/off and the other to select high/low. 1 button is enough to cycle through them, and less confusing. Turntable: Being able to turn the turntable on or off is not a must, but it is a nice feature. Summary: Overall, this is a really nice microwave. As long as this lasts many years, I will be happy with LG.

This microwave is a really good product for its price. It works almost too well, but worth every penny.

My old microwave died after 10 years. This one does all I expected with a couple new features. Some of the preset buttons are gone but they're not missed. It's a good buy for a great sale price!

We wanted a basic microwave that was reliable and easy to use. This LG fit the bill for $200 on sale. Not a "smart" appliance but it does everything we need. Without needing an app !!! No complaints.

This replaced our 20 yr old lg over the range microwave that ended up breaking down. Luckily the wall rail and the top mounting points were all the same which made it simpler to install. I love the chimes that replaced the loud beeps of the old microwave and over all it’s been very simple to use!

LG 1.7ct Microwave works great. It is really easy to clean.

Good microwave, works well, one minus is the fingerprints stay on the pad, but it doesn’t change the functionality of the product .

If I could start over, I would *not* buy this LG microwave. A few months after we bought it, the interior light completed stopped working (not that it was bright enough to see well anyway; for such a cavernous interior, the light needs to be much brighter, and the LED just doesn't cut it.) Then, a couple months after that, we were running it and it made a loud vibrating noise just before it completed quit heating. The LG repair seeking process was also painful. You cannot get a live person, but only a chatbot. Eventually, they did send a repair guy, who was nice and punctual, but he couldn't fix it until more parts were ordered. We're now waiting for those to come and him to come back and install. We'll see if that fixes it, but come on. It's a microwave! It just be indestructible for *at least* a few years. POOR shoddy product from LG. Repair guy said LG "never replaces" anything, so buyer beware: LG sells lemons.
