Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The heating function does not work, I get it is used as a supplement but when you set the temp on the heat mode at the highest setting (86 degrees) it is pumping out at most 70 degrees. The manual trouble shooting guide has absolutely nothing about the heat function. Called LG to see if was missing something and was told the unit is only meant as a air conditioner. Had asked about why it is sold as a combo and she said yes that it is but the main function is meant for cooling. Again I say but has a heating setting that does not blow air out of the unit at the set temp, and yet she said I was confused the unit is meant to cool not heat. Anyway if your intentions are to use this unit for heating and cooling it is not a good item. I will be returning ASAP

Sometimes the sensor makes the unit kick on and off for a very short time if my curtain gets in the way.
