It does not come with a Grille, so if you need a Grille, you will also need to purchase an LG Stamped Aluminum Grille, Model # AXRGALA01 with it or you can get the LG Wall Sleeve with Stamped Aluminum Grille, Model # AXSVA4...^IFV
