“Hello, I have been using this AC for two months. Lately, the AC has not been cooling the room as much as it use to when I first bought it. Do I have to add freon to it? Of course I lowered the temperature and no the weather has not been getting warmer”

We hate to hear you are having trouble with the cooling ability of your air conditioner. Freon does not need to be added by consumers.
