I ordered one from bestbuy website. Took a week to be shipped to store and after i picked it up i found it was damaged inside the box but had no damage to the box itself or Styrofoam itself witch in turn tells me it was damaged before being packed from factory. Then when i take it to be exchanged they could only have it shipped straight to my house. When trying to pick a date i was not allowed to. Me like the rest of the world have to work so instead i just got my money back. Bestbuy did what the could but the manufacturer dropped the ball big time.

This unit is amazing, but i am writing this review because im so disappointed at best buy. I ordered the unit through them and when they ship it its defective. I had to order a replacement and ship it to the store, and when its time for pick up, they email me that the AC is out of stock. I have a 2 month old baby in my house and we dont have an ac for 2 weeks!and also took day off from work to pick up the unit that became out of stock! Unbelievable and terrible experience! Dont buy this ac on best buy bec youll be disappointed!

Bad compressor

2nd unit and it arrived banged up. The unit has a compressor issues. I don't recommend it. It's a hassle to return.

Works amazing! Fit great in my window and only took maybe 30 mins to get it all hooked up and what not.highly recommend!

Two units, neither worked

The first unit I received had the compression coils all bent. The second unit I received had an issue with the fan, sounded like a helicopter, then eventually jammed itself and made a loud noise. I don't know if it was offset or installed too tight. On top of all that, the unit is incredibly annoying to install , as you have to slide all the internals out prior to mounting it.

Great features for the price. However, it’s rated to cool 800 sq. ft. It definitely doesn’t. We haven’t even hit 80 yet and it has so far cooled 560 sq ft to 74

This A/C unit came with some damage. It didnt cool as expected at all. Returned and had to purchase a different brand.

Almost a fire

It was working and helping but unfortunately it stops at the same time it burned my it's scary to think that it could have started a fire.

Defective right out of the box

It took me over an hour to get it installed. When I turned it on, there was very loud clanking that sped up as the unit powered up. Had to pay $13.00 to return the unit via ups.

Quietest AC

So far it has workes great. Really quite, it is the quitest AC we have ever had. Cools down all 4 of my first floor rooms quickly. Installation isnt too bad.

BEST A/C on the market, check CR don't take my word. Anyway, easy install and don't forget additional flexible foam weather seal. Going to need at least 40". On high setting clocking in at a little over 55db. I was able to find on THE tube a dude explaining how to window install. Hard to believe a huge company like LG did not provide links for a window install.
