Cools well, very quiet. Happy with this unit.Time will tell but pleased so far

After two seasons this air conditioner does not disappoint. It is pretty quiet and does the job well.

I had a 12000 btu GE ac but it always gave an error so I decided to upgrade to LG window unit because I heard many good things about their AC units. I am glad I bought this unit. It's quiet and literally cools off not only the living room but most of my house. It gets frosty really quick in my home. Don't hesitate, just buy it. You won't regret it.

AC works fine is quiet and cools nicely. but i haven't been able to connect it to wifi.

Bought this unit after much research thru consumer reports and online blogs. It is MUCH quieter than the other window units I have owned. The fan is actually very efficient and powerful. Even on low fan speed, it can easily cool a large room, or in my case, most of my house (have a smaller one for the computer room on the other end of my home). The installation takes some effort, but if you follow instructions, you can get it done in a couple of hours. I have NO regrets with my purchase. And as a bonus, it's smart. You can set it up to integrate with the LG ThinQ app and Alexa (though I do not use the Alexa integration, yet). The setup can be tricky, so you have to read carefully and follow directions, but once it is done, you can remotely check indoor temps, turn on your AC, or even schedule run times with your smartphone! I whole heartedly would recommend and buy again. LG makes some great appliances!

Was looking for a replacement air conditioner, and found a good deal on this one. Air conditioner is powerful and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone looking to cool off a large area.

This air conditioner was very easy to install and works great! I use it in a si room that doesn’t have insulation in the walls, and it works very well. Keep the room very comfortable.

Replaced a 30+ year old window unit with this. Of course this one is much quieter and much more efficient. Has nice features and seems to do a good job cooling the area.

Purchased this unit to cool the living room, dining room and kitchen and it's been blowing air so cold it feels like a polar vortex! Haven't even needed to push it to itself lowest setting, even through several days of >100° temps. This unit is also whisper quiet and moves the air quite well. We like everything about this LG.

Replaced a recalled 12,000btu window a/c. Haven't had much heat yet, but did try this one out and it cools super fast! A bit noisier than my last one, but all I care about is that it cools when the weather is hot, and this one does! Also, had Best Buy install it and the crew they sent, Alex and Rene went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I purchased this unit for my parents to use in their garage/studio area. It turns out their central went out so they are using this unit in their main home and it is cooling the area very good. They are happy with the unit. Glad I purchased this unit.

This air conditioner has been a blessing since day one. Our central air unit quit on us in the middle of the summer, was given a quote above $15,000 to replace the unit. I got this life saver from Best Buy for a little over $600, and haven't looked back. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Installation was a little longer than l wanted almost 4hours by myself also bought a bracket to help hold it up ended up not using it there was some heavy duty brackets inside that worked just fine overall cools fast and very quite
