    Bad experience...twice

    Absolute worst window air conditioner that I have ever had the misfortune of buying.....twice. Had service come out on the first one....it was almost brand new. The compressor was dead. Replaced it with the same model unit. I mean, its a great brand right? I couldn't get another bad unit....right? Well, unfortunately the current unit was delivered the end of last October and it is NOT WORKING. Just fan with an occasional compressor sound, but not cooling.

    Don’t buy LG AC Units

    When I had purchased this. All systems ran fine except for the fan. The ac unit was delivered to me broken by Best Buy, the box was banged up, and after I had installed it, it tried to run, but the plastic fan was broken. Best Buy said they’d replace it, but why am I going to get another LG Ac unit, with a plastic fan that will probably break again. I have not yet found what I’m looking for. Don’t buy AC units from Best Buy.

    Not impressed and haven't installed it yet

    After unboxing, wanted to check out how front went on unit. Tryed as I could, the front will not snap into place. Seems like the left side place where a screw will go to hold it on sticks a little too deep. It touches the plate the screw will go into about one eight of inch before bottom clip aliens with hole for it. Guess I will be putting a screw through the side of cover to hold it in place. Just not very good craftsmanship on LG's part.
