I was fortunate to get an open box deal on this over the range convection microwave. It is really outstanding. It microwaves items perfectly, and yet it also browns chicken, or cooks rolls, or makes a dozen Toll House Cookies.....(mmmm Toll House Cookies....) You can cook a chicken, or just warm up leftovers. My crew in our train maintenance shop absolutely loves it.

This Microwave is Quiet you forget you put something in it. Cooks food perfect every time. Suggest you learn to use every feature available. Big pay off saving time and great food preparation. Also the fan does a better job than a vented fan and the extension covers all burners. Worth every penny.

The installers just left, and it looks great. I initially walked out of the store with another brand, but 10 minutes later after reading the bad reviews in the car, I walked back into Bestbuy and purchased this LG brand based on the number of high reviews. Hopefully I wont be back here again to lower the review.

I really enjoy my new microwave, it is easy to use and clean. My children enjoy how convenient it is, and they love to cook their popcorn in it and with the program setting it never burns.

Great product for the price, nice ventallation with undermounted light, easy to use the control panel, wipe clean easy. My husband installed it himself with the help of my son.

The installation of this over the stove microwave went very well. The many features have been quite good including the exhaust fan. Having used the microwave for quite a while I would say the performance and reliability have been quite good.

We've had this microwave about a month now. It replaced a white LG that was in the house when we moved it (we are upgrading to all stainless appliances). We purchased this one specifically because of the various features is offered, including the "extend-a-vent." My wife cooks A LOT, and when she's using the front burners on the stove beneath the microwave, the front of the microwave would often get covered in steam, even with the exhaust fan turned on (ours exhausts to the outside of the house). The extend-a-vent comes out just enough to catch the steam rising on the front burners and divert that moist air outside - exactly what we wanted. The microwave itself is whisper quiet and has all the features we wanted (soften, melt and a number of others). The exhaust fans are REALLY powerful, and consequently, a little loud. Our old microwave had 5 fan speeds, but this one only has two (hi & low). Even on low it's a little loud, but given how well it moves the exhaust we're ok with the noise when we have to use it. All in all a great product...we're very happy.

We have owned this model for 2 years with no issues. Only thing that was wrong was the rack was broken out of the box. I would never use that piece, so it did not matter. It has held up well with my kids and constant use.

So far I am very pleased with my new microwave. Nice looking. Great features. Works good. Numbers on keypad are smaller than on my old one so I have to get my glasses to see them! Other than that, a great product.

Great microwave. Love the extendable vent. Replaced GE microwave with this one. My only wish is that my kids would see the dirt inside like I do.

Selling piece is the extendable vent over the range to actually reach over the front two burners of your oven range!

The LG Microwave is a fabulous little Microwave that heat food fast!

I selected this product for its options and functions along with its elegant appearance. It also has a hood vent that slides out from under the microwave in order to catch more exhaust from the stove top. However the first microwave I bought had a door that was not lined up and appeared to hang down approximately 1/8th of an inch. I then had a second microwave delivered and the original microwave was returned. The second microwave had a door that did line up. However the hood vent that slides out from under the second microwave is not horizontal to the microwave. For example there is a quarter inch space on the left side and a 3/8" to 1/2" space on the right side. I now have to take down the second microwave and return it for a third microwave. Hopefully the third microwave will be constructed properly.

This is a great microwave. Easy to install. Amazing fan with high, low, and turbo functions. You feel like it is going to take off when turbo is on. Love the soften butter function and the kids food item buttons as well. I defrosted some ribs last night and in the past it seems like everytime I defrosted with my old microwave , the meat would come out brown as though it had been cooked. Last night it came out like I had just picked it up at the butcher shop. Perfectly red.

The microwave seems to be OK, but Best Buy needs a larger inventory so you don't have to order a replacement if the one you first received is damaged. I had to order twice from the warehouse, make three trips to the store, wait in lines for at least 45 minutes, and deal with an appliance manager that treated me like I was a bother, when the problem was the 1st item I received was missing parts. Not my fault! The 2nd microwave I received was damaged, and the same manager tried to get me to take home the original open box microwave that I brought back that was missing the hanging bracket, owners manual, installation manual & wall template to help you hang the microwave. Customer Service finally treated me right and the 3rd microwave seems just fine.

On a functional level, this is one of the best microwaves I've ever used. It's very quiet, cooks our food evenly and faster than other microwaves I've used in the past. Even at 50%, we are able to reheat meals if half the time it used to take with older counter top appliances. It also includes a center rack for warming, which is convenient for saving oven space. The only downsides are that the buttons on the microwave are a little difficult to press. I wish they would have utilized the touch glass screens that they're using on the new ranges. I would have also liked it if the fan speeds were more diverse. The low is only slightly slower than the high speed. We do like that theres a turbo fan speed setting that keeps our kitchen free of food and oil odors.

Works well, no trouble mounting either, aligned and easy to use

Had to purchase new microwave when we moved. Looked at several different models wanting a great ventilation fan. This microwave has a pop-out venting system with a turbo feature. Think it does a great job but is a little noisy. But what fan isn't. The outside is stainless, so does show fingerprints, but easy to clean with a little window cleaner. Like the popcorn button. Takes more than one person to install, but not complicated.
