The LG S40T has been a great addition to my setup. For a compact 2.1‑channel soundbar, it delivers clear dialogue, solid overall sound, and a surprising amount of volume for its size. The WOW Orchestra and Dolby Audio support help give movies a more immersive feel, and voices stay clear even at lower volumes. The LG S40T soundbar is a huge improvement over built-in TV speakers. Setup was fast and simple, and the sound quality is impressive right out of the box. Dialogue is clear, movies feel more immersive, and the bass from the wireless subwoofer is punchy without being overwhelming. It has a clean, modern look that fits nicely under the TV, and Bluetooth pairing was seamless for streaming music from my phone. For the price, this soundbar delivers excellent value and performance. Highly recommend for anyone wanting better sound without a complicated, bulky or pricey system.

I recently added the LG S40T soundbar to my entertainment setup, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance! Right out of the box, the installation was incredibly easy — it paired seamlessly with my TV and even let me control everything with my TV remote thanks to the convenient WOW Interface and HDMI eARC support.  The sound quality is excellent for a system at this price point: the 2.1-channel configuration delivers clear, balanced audio for movies, shows, and music. Dialogue comes through crisp and intelligible, especially with the Clear Voice Plus feature, and the wireless subwoofer adds impressive depth and bass that really enhances action scenes and bass-heavy tracks.

This sound bar was easy to hook up and really does the job, I feel like I'm in the actual movie theather.

I was very impressed with the performance of this soundbar. It has a very good bass subwoofer and the clarity of the soundbar is great when pare with an LG TV. It is a great price too. The only disappointing part is that the WOW orchestra will only work with LG TVs that are newer (last couple of years) and mine was purchased back in 2019 and can't run the software. Seems like LG could update the software on some of their older models to enable this function if they wanted too.

Definitely better than standard TV audio, but nothing like the higher end soundbars. The wireless sub connects easily and using an ArcHDMI connection to the TV ties it right in to the TV audio. There doesn’t appear to be any sound equalizer to adjust sound.

This sound bar dramatically improved the overall sound quality versus the tv sound alone. Setup was easy and the app to control the sound bar works well. Nice compact design so does not take up to much space. Definitely recommend.
