This is the best sound bar i like all the time I use it

So I bought this with moderate expectations. I've had LG products in the past and they were always moderately decent. The sound bar itself is excellent, but the subwoofer is the worst. The Bluetooth connectivity is spotty, it cuts in and out constantly. The subwoofer rattles loudly anytime you turn the subwoofer setting above -4 (ranging from -15 to +15). I've sent it back to LG twice in 2 months to be repaired with absolutely no change in any way. Terrible customer service, terrible product. Not worth the price at all!

Product was OK for someone who ain't intrested in over powering sound is OK for movies bit foe music is not so good if I would recommend a sound bar I would recommend sonos play bar great quality expensive but awesome sound

Can not get the picture and the sound to match up. Have tried everything now I will have to get a LOL nerdy type in to show and tell me how dumb I am. And send more money.

It works great when I'm watching a game on tv but when I have poker night and I'm playing music on it. Sometimes I have issues with it playing music.

Optical cable connector does not stay latched in receiver. Purchased new cable, but experienced the same issue.

I have a toshiba and it didn't work with my tv unless I had it right next to my tv. If you have an LG it will work fine I am sure.

I won a Vizio 65 inch 4k tv at my works Christmas party. I wanted something to compliment the tv. I looked at other Vizio sound bars. However I have always been a big LG fan when it comes to Tv's and Audio. Listening to the Vizio sound bars and they just did not sound right. I had a friend who I recommended an LG sound bar 5 years ago. That thing sounded awesome and filled the room with vibrant sound and bass. I did not hesitate and purchased this one without listening to it. Did not have a choice as the Best Buy did not have it up to listen to. This one exceeds my expectations. Great rich sound for music and Movies. I can control the volume from my Vizio remote control. When watching movies I have it set in cinema mode with the sub woofer turned down to about -5. Also have ASC turned on. It still has lots of bass but not overly powerful when the movie gets louder due to action scenes or music. Playing video games. It sounds amazing when playing Titan Fall 2. I feel Like I am in the battle.The looks of this product is nice. Metal grill. The remote is very basic but it is what I expected. Has the bare minimum in settings control. I like the night feature so that it turns down the bass. Bluetooth works very well. I can control my phone from over 25 feet away including through walls. The bluetooth Sub is pretty nice. However I have noticed when played at higher volumes it starts to rattle a bit. Not as good as my wired Yamaha sub. Other than that I highly recommend.

Bought the bar and at 1st was great ... then the soind no matter what was set at would change to 49

Got this to replace a failed LG soundbar (LG would not fix or replace prior unit but instead refunded my money). Problem with first LG sound bar was sound skipping- same issue with this one (a different model). You get what you pay for and if LG wasn't already programmed into my system I would have purchased a better brand.

Had to return due to failure to pair. Hopefully this was an isolated incident.

Sound increases on it own sound quality not very good

It is a sound bar not surround sounding bar. Just nomal sound

I have a hard time getting the right sound level it's either to loud or too quiet. It's not very dynamic and about as good as some built in speakers. If they hadn't installed it into the wall I would have returned it.

I am not a geek. I spent a a lot of time getting the unit to work with my TV. Once it was set up I had a lot of problems getting the base adjustment to function. The instructions are not for a non-nerd.

I have never purchased a soundbar before so this was my first. I bought a new LG tv so thought I'd get the soundbar. The sound tends to fade in an out on its own. I've tried different hook up options, tv channels, etc. Same thing happens. I asked a Best Buy associate in a different store that I bought it in and he couldn't help me. Hoping I can return.

I bought this sound bar because i have a good history with LG products. It's okay. The sound is good, but voices are often muffled or much softer than other sounds. This makes it very difficult to enjoy TV and movies. If all you want is to listen to music, this is a good sound bar. If you want anything else, but something else.

I purchased this soundbar as a replacement for an LG soundbar that had been repaired by LG within 4 months of being new, then replaced by the GeekSquad warranty. This bar is now 5 months old, and the sound quality has started crackling no matter what source the sound comes from. I do NOT recommend that you purchase an LG SoundBar.... This is the third Model i have had and i will NEVER buy another LG.
