Originally had issues with the bluetooth subwoofer speaker disconnecting often. Found out that it was the wifi signal from my router that was close to it was effecting the sub woofer. Moved the speaker and now it works like it should. Great sound for a cheaper system and integrates with my LG TV perfect! Great for xbox games too

The sound bar is a step up in quality compared to the built in speakers. The wireless woofer definitely adds to the listening experience as the lower frequencies add to the dynamics of the listening experience and probably produces a more realistic sound. Probably not as high a quality as a true stero sound system would provide however.

System has great sound, was so very easy to set up and use. Great value!

This is a great sound bar with movie theater sound. Worth the price

I just bought an LG - 49" Class (48.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HDTV - Black, and to my knowledge, that's all I needed, and that's all the money that I was prepared to spend. However, when I spoke with the sales rep that helped me purchase my TV, I asked him how the built in speaker system sounded and what to expect. He mentioned that the built in speakers do not create the greatest viewing experience, although LG TVs have some of the better built-in speakers. I decided to purchase this sound bar in addition to my TV, and thank god I did. It feels like I'm sitting in a movie theatre, especially when I keep the settings on Cinema mode. This bar is so powerful that I only need to keep the volume between 10-15 to be completely satisfied. Any higher and it's too loud for me. But I've never experienced anything like this in my home theatre. And for the price, it's an absolute steal. I highly recommend this product. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

I had my mind set on purchasing the lower model, but I went with the SH5B with the digital display. Once I got it hooked up, the sound way surpassed the old Samsung sound bar that I had. The design is very sleek & does not interfere with the tv screen. It is simply awesome & I cannot wait to watch a movie with it.

Bought this as an alternative to improve sound on my spare TV in bedroom. This is not as good as a full blown surround system, but great for what I wanted. The sound quality is really great and the wireless subwoofer makes it that much better. The Bluetooth connectivity is a great addition as well as the 3.5mm audio, Optical Digital Audio, USB and HDMI. I put a lot of music on the USB stick and my wife loves it. I connected my TV using the optical connection which simple and easy. My LG TV remote recognized the sound bar immediately. One recommendation turn sound on TV off and just use sound bar.

The picture is great and the Samsung tv is light weight and slim and easy to carry.. Set up was so easy on the screen with the modern looking remote. The tv is very classy looking as well. My friends are so envious. Price was right too.

I bought this to use with my 60" Sharp tv. It is really hard to hear some programs on the newer televisions with the rear speakers. This sound bar works really well. It has good sound. Not mind blowing but I didn't buy it for that.

Easy to hook up and very good sound. Took 10 minutes to unpackage and make appropriate connections. Wireless subwoofer helps the sound.

I tried Sony, Vizio, and LG.. not sure why I tried LG last.. because I have an earlier LG model and I am amazed with it.. This model is no slouch, great sound, great mids highs and amazing lows.. if you are looking for a sound bar in this range, buy it!

Replaced my old 321 Bose with the LG-SH5B and it took awhile adjusting to get the LG sound come close to the Bose. I'm impressed with the bass that comes from the wireless sub. It's nice that it syncs with my LG TV.

Sound is robust & so much better in quality than LG's 300W sound bar. Negligible difference in next model up making this the best pricepoint in class. Bonus: my iPhone's Bluetooth wakes the sound bar when connecting.

I'm really enjoying this sound bar. I knew it would sound much better than the tv speakers but didn't realize how much sound it actually puts out. This is a major improvement in our listening experience & I believe it was well worth the money.

Very easy to set up. Bluetooth works great with my phone. Makes the LG TV I brought sound even better. Purchased an open box online from best buy and it looks brand new and everything was in it. Would recommend this sound bar to anyone.

This sound bar is great. The quality of sound isystem fantastic. Listening to movies and TV shows just amazing. Using it Bluetooth for just songs, it's not as great but still works pretty good.

For the money a viable alternative to the higher priced, audio- file sounbars like Polk, Bose, etc. Good bass, treble is crisp and clear and connects to TV via Bluetoorh.

The sound quality is excellent! I feel like I’m in a theater. I live in an apartment complex and was worried the woofer would be too loud. I haven’t had any noise complaints and I’ve had it since April.

Great sound product for the money. I went after a different brand, but after talking to a sales clerk in the store I decided to go with this LG sound bar and woofer and man am I glad I did it has great sound.
