I like the design and is compact to fit in our tiny space. Washer and dryer work well. Dryer does take longer due to it being ventless, but that’s ok! Hope it lasts us a long time.

It is also very slow, and dries clothes so poorly that I question whether it is actually energy efficient. The repairman who came to diagnose my problems called this model "cheaply made" and not very good. He said that he often had to make repairs on it. I am therefore returning my machine and getting something else.

Just dont buy - the dryer is useless

Even after 3 hours, a set of 4 towels comes out soo wet. The ventless dryer technology is completely useless. The customer service from LG is crap. Do nit buy this model.
