It is half the capacity of my original choice. The dryer needed to be ventless, and the original one delivered was not. After three weeks back-and-forth with the store and customer service. I have given up. Well over four hours on the phone, four hours for a delivery that was incorrect, and three visits to the store and still no resolution. I have been told five times that a supervisor would be in touch with me as my case was escalated. I never heard from any supervisor. There were also promises of gift certificates for my inconvenience – there have been no gift certificates. This has been going on for six weeks. I have turned to one of their competitors and have gotten the washtower originally requested in one week! Do yourself a favor, and take your business elsewhere!

Had 3 of them delivered and all shook really bad, first floor laundry and machines shook whole house. Ended up getting a different brand. Dryer has ventless technology and take twice as long to dry. Also traded for different brand with a vent

Product dispenser box always has water collecting in it despite emptying after each wash. Water from the product dispensing box drips into washer when not in use. Selected water temperature is not consistent.

Installers used old ones...made me buy stack kit elsewhere..$40 +$60 shipping..and stack kit was sent inside dryer!!! Didnt need to buy...dryer finally installed..dont work .."de" error ..??..brand new dryer..geek sqad coming monday..not good experience so far
