    Stopped cooling in 2 years. Smart diagnostics reporting everything working fine, but it's not cooling at all. Requested a repair on the app, and it shows it's out of warranty... but installed just 2 years ago...

      One easy thing you might want to try is resetting the cooling system. Just turn off the fridge at the breaker for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.     The fridge is great but the customer service is absolutely awful. We were supposed to get the black version and they sold it to us out of stock. Didn’t have a fridge for over a month. When they were supposed to deliver it. We ended up having to change fridges to this one… paid a difference for the same fridge… they said we will get back the difference and when we got the new fridge they said no… spent over 12 hours on the phone to get a fridge etc..

    Freezer quit freezing 2 days after the 14 day return period. Incredibly disappointing. It started working on its own a few days later. I will never fully trust it and I'm stuck with the unit.
