The fridge works great. There is plenty of storage and the shelves are easily adjustable when needed.

Refrigerator is great so far. Quiet, efficient. Lighting inside is bright making it easy to see what’s there.

It's really nice, but hard to keep the doors clean, they are always full of finger prints.

This refrigerator is a huge step up from my old side by side. The use of space is much more efficient so I feel like I bought a bigger fridge (when technically it's the same). I especially love the french door freezer on the bottom. There are see thru drawers, rather than shelves so it helps keep items from falling out while still allowing you to see what is in them. This beats the big pull out bottom freezer where everything is stacked on top of everything else. The lighting is bright and the unit is quiet and there is so much space in the refrigerator section I don't know what to do with it. I am hoping the ice/water dispenser is better than my old GE which leaked water/ condensation. The door with the ice maker does slam shut as others have noted, but after 2 weeks of use, I have adjusted the my actions to minimize the slam and it does not bother me. There is a small manufacturing flaw in that there is a very shallow dent on the 3 doors that do not have the ice dispenser along the edge where the door handle is. This is likely due to a lack of underlying support of the sheet metal. I know this is from the manufacturer and not a result of installation because I had a door replaced for a scratch, and the new doors had the same dent out of the box. Anyway...it's very minor and I would have never noticed until the repair man pointed it out. Best Buy was awesome in getting me the fridge quickly (my old fridge died). The installation went smoothly and they took care to not damage floors, cabinets, etc... There was a hairline scratch on the plastic chrome trim and Best Buy replaced it with a new door. Oh...LG could have used better material for the shiny trim (which is plastic). Otherwise, the unit is beautiful. I love the symmetry...now the door split lines up with the split on the cabinets above it. I would recommend this product, as well as buying it at Best Buy as they stand behind the products they sell. Their call in customer service is very good with friendly and helpful representatives.

Other than being a beautiful refrigerator and having a very convenient freezer section, due to the french doors, I had issues that made me return it. First, the stainless steel starting showing rust spots all over the front doors. Before it went back, I counted at least 20 rust spots, which tells me that the quality of the stainless steel is inferior. Second, I did not like the lack of handles. Having to pull the doors open from the top or bottom is not convenient and as others have said, makes it hard to close the doors without slamming them.

I would absolutely love this fridge if the crisper drawers didn't freeze my produce! This happened straight out of the box, and I had no idea how difficult it would be to get LG to service the unit under warranty. Being unable to use one large crisper drawer severely compromises the storage space of this smallish fridge. Other than that, I love the style, footprint, and amount of stuff I can get in the freezer compartments.
