I thought two freezer doors would be a needless feature but it really adds to the usefulness of the freezer. I bought this model since it was in stock. I spent a lot of time looking at reviews since this was an online purchase. The reviews noted the unit was quiet and it really is. The set up of the interal space and LED lighting makes it almost impossible to burying things in the back. Highly recommended. Delivery by Best Buy was safe and professional. Masks were on and worn appropriately.

Have had this fridge for a month and so far so good. It has plenty of room inside the fridge and it's nice to be able to see where everything is at. I like the two drawer freezer. It keeps everything organized. The delivery guys, Haven and James, were wonderful with removing our old fridge and setting up the new fridge and explaining and answering our questions. They were very professional.

Nice touch less stainless steel doors. Very roomy inside refrigerator. Like the water dispenser inside refrigerator. Two separate freezer compartments is nice. Very happy with it.

This frig has so much room! For the first week we had some empty shelves. The ice is convenient in the first freezer drawer and its easy to open the left door and access the water dispenser. We eat a lot of veggies so we ordered some transparent boxes to add to the veggie drawers.

This refrigerator has lots of space and really like the two drawer freezer easy to keep organized the ice cubes are the perfect shape to keep drinks cold. The design looks much more expensive than it is.

BB delivery and installation was stellar. The only noise emitted from the refrigerator is the sound of the ice dropping. It is so quiet! The clean look yet still having a convenient filtered water dispenser is nice. Very happy with this product.

Nice and specious inside. The two separate freezer drawers in the bottom are a great idea, in one I have ice créam and sweet and in the other, I can store meats.

It has a water dispenser and an icemaker. But space is not taken up by on-the-door ice & water dispensers I didn't use on my old fridge. I did see some user reviews about icing in the frost free but no problems so far. I like the two-drawer freezer small stuff doesn't get lost in the big drawer. Not pleased with Best Buy's not helping fix the open box missing items but LG stepped in to supply them.

We had a great experience with Best Buy, their delivery, and this LG refrigerator. I ordered online on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday. I checked Home Depot, $1.00 difference in price and couldn't be delivered until March. The fridge is great, extremely quiet, love the ice maker and size of cubes, they are square, Not moon shaped! Very nice looking and great configuration inside, its my first LG appliance and hopefully it will last.

Great refrigerator. Plenty of space for my needs. Love the water dispenser on the inside of fridge. Might be a little small for a big family unless you have a second fridge.

Fits perfectly in my kitchen. Plenty of space for beverages, veggies, fruits and all other foods. The water dispenser inside is wonderful, keeps water from dripping down the front. Easy to clean.

My last refrigerator finally gave out after 14 years. The freezer quit working. I needed a new circuit board. I search everywhere, but I couldn't get the part. I hated to let it go, it was perfect. Seems that is the way the industry rolls these days. I search for months to find an acceptable replacement. It had to be counter depth, freezee on the bottom, and no ice or water dispenser on the outside. Plus, it had to be in budget. I was able to get this unit for a little over $1,700.00. It's nice. I like it. If it lasts more than 10 years I will even LOVE it. Fingers crossed.

Works great, looks great, easy to use, easy to change the water filter. Has all the storage space I need, Love everything about this refrigerator!

I have had this refrigerator for 4 weeks. So far it is working out. I ordered it online and one thing I do not care for are the contoured doors. My kitchen is not that big but these doors reflect every bit of light and it dominates the room. I would have preferred straight, flat doors. The water dispenser is a nice feature; there is plenty of room in the fridge and the two freezer drawers add to its capacity. I wish placing the shelves had a bit more flexibility; I like keeping the orange juice on a shelf, not in the door, but wish when I lowered the right top shelf, that it was tall enough to hold a wine bottle also. I do not like having the wine bottles in the door. I would lose valuable shelf space if I were to lower it more.

Lots of space. Plenty of shelves. Ice maker and water dispenser work well. Quiet. Easy to clean.

We love the look, great capacity (it holds far more than it appears. due to how the layout is, and depth), great options, the inside water dispenser has been handy, cools food exceptionally well, & is quiet

LG counter dept refrigerator is better than I hoped it’s spacious there’s plenty of room for juices on the door as well as milk and plenty of space for fruits and vegetables as well as cold cuts and I always have plenty of ice and with the double freezers on the bottom it’s so convenient I’m very happy with this purchase

Nice fridge. We are looking for a fridge with an internal water dispenser. We didn't care for an ice dispenser since that is the part of the fridge that usually fails first. So this fit our bill. It is nice, but is slightly smaller than our old Kitchenaid (which was not a counter depth model). This one was noticeably noisier when we first got it, but has quietened down now. Consumer reports said it was reliable, so hoping it is.

Great fridge! Keeps things cold that should be cold and frozen that should be frozen! It’s extremely quiet, so quiet, I was worried it wasn’t working when it was delivered, but it was! The counter depth is perfect for my space too. Water with the stock LG filter tastes GREAT! Delivery was exactly as promised.

Beautiful refrigerator. Love the water dispenser inside, it prevents the overflow to cause stains. Love the compartments, icemaker and overall functionality. I also love the counter depth as it does not over protrude the counter.
