We have had this for almost a year now. It is extremely noisy from day one. So noisy that its embarrassing - sounds like its going to quit at any time (like an old fridge). Fortunately it seems to function fine/keep everything cold. We like the freezer drawers but don't recommend the one big drawer in the fridge because you have to have both doors open to get into it. Size is good, shelves are great and door shelves are useful.

Really love this model. The location of the water filter is a bonus, inside on upper left makes changes really easy. A 2 drawer freezer is nice! I thought the water dispenser though inside would be awful but it actually prevents spillage on the front if it was on the outside. Overall, very happy we made this purchase.

Love our new LG! There have been a few issues.. I had to turn the temp on the freezer down to -4 in order to get my ice maker to fill up the tray. I like that the produce drawers are the same width as each French door but the deli drawer is the width of both drawers so you have to open both doors to open the deli drawer. The refrigerator has a sleek look, lots of storage and it’s been a great addition to our kitchen.

Really nice fridge! Ice maker is a little slow, but that's about the only critique I can offer. The fridge is very quiet, and very spacious. We are hoping it is also reliable, but only time will tell that.

We really love our new fridge. Was exactly the one we wanted, on sale too. Lover the ice maker in the middle drawer, fridge is very roomy and bright. Everyone was great from the sales person to the delivery group. Thank you

I love this fridge! It took 3 times to get the one I wanted, but I'm very happy now! It is somewhat wider and less deep! Plenty of room and I can see immediately what I am looking for. No moving items around items.

Great refer/freezer. Quiet. Plenty of ice produced. Ice and water inside of refer/freezer…no more cubes or water drops on kitchen floor. The two drawer freezer is convenient for keeping ice cream and really cold stuff in the lower drawer and quick stuff like frozen veggies or chopped onions/peppers in the top drawer.

We are impressed with the size of this counter depth refrigerator. Our previous counter depth refrigerator was inadequate so we decided that we could do without the in-door water dispenser to gain more space inside. And it is a big difference! We are very happy so far with our purchase.

It has all the main features of a modern refrigerator without those extra fancy ones. I was wondering if I need to buy one with an external water/ice dispenser since I rarely used it with my old one. It turns out the internal water dispenser solution is pretty good, kind of simpler but cleaner. One thing the spec or the user manual does not mention is its air filter. It does not come with an air filter, but you can buy and install one by yourself. The air filter part # is LT120F. You can find installation instructions on LG or youtube. The air filter cover shown in their video is square-shaped, while this refrigerator has a rectangle-shaped air filter cover.

I love my new LG refrigerator. The counter depth is perfect in my tiny townhouse kitchen. The 2 freezer drawers are awesome to use. No more water drips on front door either!!

So far it’s perfect, the counter depth was what I needed otherwise it would be in the middle of the walkway. There is still plenty of space and the water dispenser is in a perfect place for both me and my kiddo.

Purchased this fridge for our new home after endlessly refreshing the webpage to purchase. This fridge was constantly sold out, and I understand why. There is an incredible amount of space in the refrigerator, it looks sleek, the food looks better and last longer, and there's not a distracting water/ice dispenser on the front.

Excellent refrigerator lot’s of space it does come with water and ice maker I haven’t hook up yet so far no complaints has digital readout for refrigerator and freezer and is adjustable motor very quiet can’t go wrong with this LG

Very happy with my LG refrigerator. It is quiet & spacious inside. Indoor shelves hold a lot of items including gallon of milk. The button pad to disperse water is large, making it easy to get a glass of water. It is also counter depth so it doesn’t stick out like my old refrigerator.

After searching through many counter depth styles and brands, I was shown this LG 4 door French Door with double freezer and internal water dispenser. It is PERFECT in every way!!! Every item I place inside, whether refrigerated or frozen fits well, is easy to see, and the design inside is well thought through. I especially love the fact that the front doors are magnetic! My old refrigerator did not have that feature, and I missed being able to put photos, artwork, reminders, etc. on it for 18 years, but not anymore! Thank you for a great refrigerator! I'm extremely happy with this appliance!

Restricted by space, our choices are limited and this unit was actually 2 cu ft larger than our old one but only 1 inch deeper. Win. Double freezer actually works great for us. Deeper door shelves are amazing. Interior shelf space OK and moving teh shelves a bit of a pain, they lock together (yeah) but are hard to unlock (boo). Overall, it's a nice unit, and the front cleans up nicely, says spouse. This unit displays what temp you want, not what it is, and my old non-digital frige thermometer said it was running at 40 degrees. I bought some digital thermomoters used by resturants to keep health dept happy and found that it was running at 37 degrees, and occassionally colder by a degree or warmer by a degree. Which is fine.

It took me a while to pull the trigger on this. I was replacing a GE side by side counter depth fridge which was part of the appliance package in our new build home. LOVE IT! It's only 1 cubic foot larger than our last one, but the design allows for considerably more space. It's a bit more intuitive than our last fridge as well. I've seen some comments about slow ice maker - we don't have that issue. Really like the way the shelves on the doors are set up. Our cold stuff stays cold and frozen stays frozen - not the other way around - which we experienced with the GE. We've had it about a month and so far so good. Purchased it on sale, then it went on sale again & BB honored the lower sale price - so that made me feel even better.
