Very happy with my LG frig. Love the optional ice choices and the fact the ice maker is in the door which allows more refrigerator space

Love this item we got from the outlet store in Ocoee. Large fridge with a spacious freezer. Water and ice in the door are easy to use. Definitely recommend!

I love this refrigerator. The space in the freezer is much better than the side by side that we had. One of the reasons we bought this refrigerator was because it was rated highly by Consumer Reports, but the craft ice maker stopped working in the first two months. Best Buy handled the repair pretty quickly since the refrigerator was under warranty, and this seems to be a common issue.

Great Refrigerator and the craft ice is awesome! Haven't figured everything out yet BUT already still much better than the Whirlpool I had previously. The water filter is easy to put in, the temperature control is easy to use and reach. Doesn't seem to have any cold/hot spots and cools warm foods down quickly. Drawers all move smoothly. Only thing I don't care for is the really small door shelves and it took some arranging and re-arranging to maximize the space for condiments and such.

Love this appliance. Ice maker is smaller than most others which allows for more door space and it makes ICE BALLS which we use in all our drinks. Doors open independently. In my last frig I had to open the right door before opening the left. Shelves are very good including one that slides in to accommodate taller items. The water and ice dispenser holds tall glasses. The frig is quiet, maintains temps and is easy to clean as the the stainless steel finish does not show fingerprints. I bought a GE French Door in 2019 and moved to a new house in 2021 where I choose this LG. The LG is a better buy the the GE

Great piece of kitchen equipment… Cubes better than crushed, and the balls are the best! Love the panel on the front for its simple setup and very quick response to the fingertip… French doors are helpful and hold a good amount. Bottom freezer is the best! You should always make sure it is fully closed. Minor issue that could turn into a major one if not observant… We are very happy with our purchase and our good friend at our local store…

Beautiful with 2 nice ice-makers. Easy to access the ice and the filters. Nice big vegetable and fruit bins. Generous fridge-wide tray at bottom. The drawers are deeper that previous model so items like a mayonnaise jar or a carton of soup cannot be put upright on the interior shelves even if they are adjusted. The shelves in the door must be balanced so that they don't begin to tilt. Lots of shelves for soda or other cans that same size. Former version had butter dish front access to the door shelf. This one has access from the top - hard for someone short to reach.

So far so good. This fridge is very quiet and maintains even temperature throughout it’s cavernous interior. The doors hold lots of condiments, jars of sauces, salad dressing, etc. The freezer quickly makes plenty of ice. Initially, my wife and I did not think “craft ice “ was necessary but we both like it. The large round cubes melt slowly and do not dilute your drinks like regular ice. Just make sure you run plenty of water through it before you start drinking or using the ice, our water was discolored and tasted like a water hose but has cleared up significantly. Overall we love this LG fridge.

This counter depth refrigerator is perfect. It is very well designed so all of the space is usable. Love, the craft ice!

Buying at the BestBuy Outlet store was great. I did my homework and shopped there last. I bought a $3400 LG refrigerator for $1750. It was a floor model. I was able to add their 5 year service contract and still saved money. People were very helpful. Only drawback was finding a delivery company. The outlet didn’t deliver anything over 300 pounds. Great product with all the whistles and bells. They have now become my go to place for home goods! Makes great craft ice (ice balls) and connected to my Google Home easily. Easy overall experience and saved money, too.

It is the perfect frig for us. It is counter-depth and laid out just right. The craft ice is fun too.

Had refrigerator for about three weeks and it started making some loud noises from back of unit. Unplugged a few times to stop noise. Went online to LG about noise and assumed it was a "normal" noise. However, finally received error code "CH E" on the front panel. Did some research and believe this is the error code for compressor failure. Contacted LG and waiting on response. Fingers crossed we didn't buy a lemon. Love the refrigerator and all the optional features but not expecting to have problems within less than 30 days.

Love the small ice on door and big ice in the ice bin. Quiet. Easy to find everything. Love it!!! Great lighting.

Absolutely love my new refrigerator! Perfect size for my husband and i and the round ice is pretty neat :) Love the features this one offers!

No problems thus far. Great size and stylish look. Going through renovation so it’s not hooked up yet to water. Bought this for the craft ice feature and can’t wait to use it.

This LG French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator is wonderful!! So nice to have more space and it makes ICE BALLS!!! They look like the Death Star! LOL!
