We purchased our LG Refrigerator without actually seeing it in the store. While waiting for delivery, I read reviews and became concerned about reviews talking about the loud noise of the motor. The refrigerator was delivered two days ago and I'm pleased to say, the only noise are the ice cubes dropping. It is so quiet, even when we are in the kitchen you cannot hear the motor running. I was worried for nothing. It took a little while to learn how to arrange food items, but the shelves are movable. And there was a bonus. Everything I read about the LG said that the front was not magnetized. I had one of my magnets and for fun I held it up to the door and it stuck. What a nice surprise. Now my new fridge is properly dressed.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our LG fridge (with one exception that we can easily live with; we THOUGHT the front was "real metal" and we would be able to use magnets on it, but ALAS, that is NOT the case; magnets will not stick to the front, only the sides)!! We went from a slightly smaller side-by-side w/ice and water in the door to this fridge, which is a single door w/o ice and water in the door, but it has one heck of an ice maker in the freezer drawer! We were not sure that we would like the freezer drawer (on the bottom), but quickly adapted to it. I really don't miss my water on the door, a feature that I thought I would not be able to live without. But the bigger concern of running out of ice w/such a small reservoir on the models that had the ice maker on the door was way more important to us. We LOVE the interior lighting on both fridge and freezer (you can see everything so clearly); LOVE that the freezer basket is a "full basket" vs. a "wire basket" which allows things to fall thru it, as well as allowing all of the cold air to "fall out" of the freezer whenever you open the drawer... The "full basket" was also a selling point for us. Best part is that we have NEVER been able to fill it up!! Love that it chimes when you leave the fridge or freezer door open too long. Love how you don't have to stand on your head to clean the fridge because everything is at eye level. Love the "ergonomic handle" that makes it easier to open the freezer! LOVE IT... that about sums it up!!

I have been impressed with this refrigerator. The single door on lower freezer and upper refrigerator are pleasing. The single door, in contrast to double doors which seem more popular, allows for abundant storage space and easy access. LED lighting is great. This refrigerator is so spacious it almost feels like a walk~in.

So far I'm enjoying this. Delivery was super quick. The refrigerator itself is very nice even wo being a French door. Lighting is excellent and I turned the ice maker off because I have no line there and don't care about ice. It's a simple on/off switch and the bin comes out poof more room. It's interchangeable with the shelves and easy to do so. More room still. Really only downside is it's easy finger prints. No kids in the house no big deal. Overall I really like it and it goes well with my other LG appliances.

This single door design without water in the door provides lots of room. The extra wide covered drawer is great for a large party tray. The freezer is roomy as well. The ice cubes falling into the bin are only loud when it is empty. The only down side is the ss does show fingerprints. These are easily wiped away with plain water. The matching LG stove has black sides, while this fridge has gray sides. This may be a drawback depending upon how your kitchen is arranged. It also takes a long time to remove all the protective plastic inside and out. This is not done by the delivery men. Best Buy honored price adjustment during the return period when the price dropped below what I paid.

Like most people out there, I wanted a french door refrigerator if I were going to spend the money on a stainless steel one. However, my budget was limited to $1,500. I found this little gem at Best Buy and now, after a couple of months of owning it, I'm so glad I went for it! The french doors actually take up space inside your refrigerator. This one is SO roomy! Most importantly, all my produce lasts so much longer now! The lettuce stays crispy longer and i can have a cucumber cut in half in there and still fresh two days later. That's thanks to the multi-air-flow filter. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for an energy saving appliance that looks great and doesn't break the bank!

I love the LED lighting & spaciousness of this refrigerator. It runs extremely quiet and the Smart Cooling system keeps everything at the correct temperature. My whole experience, from the sales floor to delivery, has been a pleasant one. We will definitely purchase LG products from Best Buy in the future.

This fridge is so quiet I forget it's runnjng. Beautiful, spacious, and I love the feature where it beeps when open. I'm in love and stared at it for hours when it got home.....don't judge, I have two toddlers so this was the most excitement I had in a while! Oh and we had a tight slot to fit the fridge since our home is on the older side and this was perfect size! Still excited! Consumer reports top rated!

Could not use French doors in our space, so this LG model fit the bill in that the door opens wide. Unfortunately, this model has been discontinued. Hopefully, manufacturers will understand that not everyone wants French doors.

We looked at LG fridges because they had a reputation for being the quietest ones around, and this didn't disappoint. It does have the very high-pitched tone others have mentioned (think the sound you get from old tube TVs), but it seems like just about all of the new high-efficiency compressors do. If I'm going to have to have the sound, I'll take the quietest version. The compressor also seems to run a lot, but this is also apparently a feature of the HE type. As far as keeping things cool, five stars! Food keeps *so* much longer compared to the old GE model we replaced. The one item I can't comment on is the icemaker as we haven't hooked up a water line yet, but we will certainly be doing so since bending over to maneuver cube trays full of water into the bottom freezer is trickier than we anticipated it would be.

Very happy with the price and quality, plenty of storage and adjustable shelving is a plus. Ice is always available and the veggie drawer keeps them fresh longer than the GE fridge we had.

We are pleased with the ease of getting items in and out of refrigerator. The freezer on the bottom is great. the ice is easily accessed. The vegetables are fresh, so is the fruit. I really like not bending over to get what I want. One of the reasons we got this model. Kurt

This is a great quality refrigerator. With the limited amount of space in our kitchen, we really made an effort to maximize storage even within our refrigerator (electing to go with the one door rather than french door style). The LED lighting is nice and bright. The temperature control works wonderfully. And the ability to divide up the shelving is optimal.

Love this frig, has everything we wanted, large bottom freezer, ice maker, eye level frig with big door and lots of space. Love everything about this frig except that it sticks out more than my previous frig, I guess I forgot to measure, but I'm keeping it, it's that nice. It's quiet, it beeps if you leave the door open! Very nice. Also it gets fingerprints easily, but I guess all the stainless does.

I had to choose this fridge due to the space we had on the kitchen for it. It had to be 33" wide at the most, surprisingly love it, it really spacious on the inside. At first I didn't wanted to get it cause it look old timey but the truth is that it fits perfectly and it doesn't look bad at all, you can even switch the door to open from left to right instead of having to stick with the old right to left cliche

First bought a Samsung and returned in one week for breakdown.. Is my first LG and will never ever buy any other brand. So quiet wonder if it worked, and space inside unbelievable. Keeps food at exact temp and door alarm life saver with 3 yr old! This is one of my best purchases ever. Love it!

We have only had the refrigerator for a little over a month, but we love this refrigerator. The look is great, but the inside space is what is really impressive. It is not as big, 23.8, as others, so fits perfectly, but has so much size inside. Even my husband who didn't think we needed a new one after 14 years, is impressed.

I needed a refrigerator to fit under my cabinets, this seems to be a common problem. This was the perfect fit, had the latest features and was priced right. I love the freezer on the bottom and I also the love the access to the whole wide frig. I am not sure why appliance manufacturers do not consider older people or a home that is a bit older when manufacturing appliances. I personally do not prefer the water or ice on the outside of my frig, I've had it there in a side by side, just not a fan.

So far it has been perfect for what we needed. I love all of the space not to mention the freezer on the bottom.
