I ended up building a replacement wire rack shelf. Several other shelves are being held together with duct tape. Does keep a good temperature. Avoid.

The biggest issue was that the refrigerator does not get cold enough and all of my food has been going bad and getting molded. I had a technician come out and he expressed that the fans aren't working correctly now I'm out purchasing a new refrigerator.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was told they would make sure the water dispenser would be hooked up and running but could not figure out how to open water after line was hooked up so I still am unable to use water dispenser in fridge. Did not offer to have someone else come and see able to do. Just left and called it a day. Very disappointed in service and told one thing and then getting it will never use Best Buy again

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the fridge on Thanksgiving day last year and had it serviced once. The fan was bad. Took me sometime to open a ticket with LG support and for their tech to come out. All my food gone bad during the 2 weeks period. I thought Samsung was the worse but LG is not getting any better. I should probably stick with American brands instead.
