Made a good deal in the store. The salesman answered all my questions.

Purchased because it fit height needs. Both doors need to open to get something out of produce and meat keeper drawers. Door shelf room very limited. Can't put tall containers on regular shelves...not enough height space. Freezer space is good.

Have had this fridge for 1 1/2years. Paid $1900. Had to have the ice maker completely replaced as it broke in 6 months. Now, when I use the water dispenser, water floods out the ice door all over the fridge and the floor. I contacted LG and they DGAF. I would not recommend any LG product due to horrible customer service, and a shotty product.

Works well. Larger in your home than expected but good.

My main objection is that there is a sticker on the front of the refrigerator and it is not possible to remove it without messing the item up. The sticker is for the compressor warranty.

I bought it after reading a ton of reviews. The left door often stays open when you push it closed, bouncing loudly back, and needs to be have the flap behind it manually tucked in. Obviously, with a 2-door fridge, you almost always have to open both doors to get anything out, which is a pain. Biggest problem: the fan started whirring almost two years after we bought it. Tough problem to fix, and a constant reminder of the poor quality of your 1.5K purchase.

We upgraded our kitchen, then decided to get all new appliances aswell. We chose this LG refrigerator thinking it was the latest. Well I do not know if it is a bad design but we constantly are having trouble with the icemaker. It almost never dispenses, we have to open it up to get it going. Even if it did function properly the ice reservoir is to small. If we have 3 people over we run out of ice. Had my old refrigerator for 16 years never any problems. Although it looks nice ended up downgrading with the new LG.

This is a good product for a counter depth, but my wife was not convinced.

This refrigerator makes lots of sound from the back side. I called LG customer service to get it fixed. But they couldn't resolve the issue.

I bought the LG on an open box sale. When it was delivered and set up the compressor never turned on. Went back to the store and they exchanged it with a Samsung that was comparable. Liked it but it didn't work.
