I'm so disappointed in this dishwasher. I had wanted another model and they substituted this one with my permission but it does not get the dishes clean. I only run it about twice a week and I rinse things before I put them in but do not wash them - what is the point of a dishwasher? I've only run two loads through and in both cases found I had to hand wash about 20% of my dishes (and they were loosely distributed in the dishwasher). One was a rubber spatula with peanut butter on it - none of it was washed off and it was in the utensil compartment; just as dirty as when I put it in. In fact silverware and dinner plates seem the worst. I purchased 4 pieces (fridge, dishwasher, gas convection range and microwave) because my old dishwasher died and I couldn't match my old appliances and this is the one I really needed and it isn't doing the job.

Overall I like this dishwasher. I don't like the fact that you have to add the drying cycle manually.

Doesn't clean your dishes well. I have to run my hot water in the kitchen sink for a few minutes and run an extra cycle just to clean them.

Lot of nice features. Very quiet. Awkward rack system.

Very quiet and love the amount of wash modes. You can even wash china.

my wife hates the soap dispenser, she says it is hard to close. she doesn't like the racks either. the install book is hard to understand, especially about raising rear legs.

Love it just a pain to keep the stainless steel clean

have concern that dishes are not drying on Normal.

it's a very nice dishwasher-very happy with it. The only issue is I am not too impressed with the adjustable racks. Probably not used to them yet

Complements our kitchen and has plenty of space for everything needed to be cleaned. The manual was self explanatory so was easy.

I think I made the right choice in buying this dish washer. I'm very happy with it.

Installed this dishwasher fall 2014. Doesn't always start when turned on needs restarting. Sometimes high pitched whistle while running. Started as soon as warranty ran out. Expected more for price.

I bought this dishwasher based reviews. I was very disappointed. I ran it 3 times with dishes, and it didn't wash anything. I called Best Buy, they found a local company to look at it. The guy came out and said it's too quiet - it's not working. He ordered a new motor assembly, saying sometimes they are bad or put in backwards. He said if there is not one in the state, I will have to wait for 4 - 6 weeks for one to come from Korea. If that is the case, I'll be choosing a different dishwasher. This is the 2nd time I have bought an LG product that had issues right out of the box. And it will be my last.

buy this.you will like it. almost a grand is too high but around $600 is a steal.

So far so good. Service man hooking up equipment were efficient and friendly.

On my second new dishwasher. First didn't dry dishes. This one dries fairly well, baking on the grime that it didn't clean off in the wash cyccle

Bottom rack always comes off the track and very difficult to get it aligned. Very poorly designed. other than the rack it is a great product.

The installer was highly competent and very knowledgeable about the dishwasher.

Our dishes are quite thick and this was one of the few that would accommodate them.
