It is a disappointment. It does not clean well. Throwing away the old washer is a mistake. i should have used the money to buy this one to repair the old dishwasher. It is quite a waste of money.

Yes, the motor is quiet, but the quad washing is very noisy. Sounds like an animal in pain. I have to leave my living room and go to my bedroom to watch tv because of the noise. I am very disappointed with this machine. My old lg dishwasher was quieter.

Cleans well. LG App great. Front buttons a major mistake. (Delivery w/BB not great). Clean out filter monthly which gets v dirty even if prewashing dishes. Also, you have to buy an extra hose, so ask about it with someone who really knows.

I waited over 12 months before installing this dishwasher due to remodeling delays. Never took it out of the box until ready, and I kick myself almost daily for my slowness. If I had not been so slow, this is a product I would have returned. First, the one positive note-- it is a quiet dishwasher. That said, it doesn't clean well, even when pre-rinsing dishes. It does not dry well. The standard cycle runs over 3 hours, and no options improve the performance such as setting the water to superheated. It still fails to clean. The worst flaw is the totally preventive manner the prongs on the racks are designed. They seem designed to reject dishes. Casserole dishes must be done by hand. My dishes are standard size but they must lean over so the spray arm still turns and if I don't lean them I could raise the upper rack, but then my glassware becomes too tall. There are several prong groups on the lower rack that are designed to lay flat at the consumer's option but they flatten themselves when a dish is placed because they are too loose due to their design. What a waste of $839 + tax. This experience has been my 1st bad episode with the revamped LG. On this one, they LG reverted to their historical background of poor design, workmanship, and quality standards under the Goldstar name. Now, off to a Samsung stove/oven review with the same tone as this. I hate the new appliances in my beautiful new kitchen!! Sayonara, LG and Samsung.

We’ve had this dishwasher for four years now and have loved it since. Just recently we noticed it makes a very LOUD noise when the cycle begins. We’ve never noticed this loud noise before. Very disappointing. All our appliances have been LG and never had a problem.

Purchase 2019 broke 2022 face cracked odd reactions

Ever since day one this dishwasher has never just started. I had a serviceman come out and tell me nothing was wrong. I called and no one could resolve the problem. Here is the problem; Every time I start it, it counts down from 5,4,3,2,1 and then nothing happens. I have to unplug it and wait and try again. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to do it again and again. I read the manual and it is no help. LG service is quick to have a service call with a fee involved. OVERALL, this product SUCKS and I'm am extremely unhappy with it and LG.

Glad I got Best Buy warranty. Had water clogging and didn’t clean. Replaced with Bosch and all is well again!!
