Great Dishwasher...Customer Service not so much!

The customer service to try to get installation was absolutely horrible with Best Buys... wasting 1 -2 hours to try to arrange. Just gave up and installed it ourselves.

Wish it had the top rack for silverware and the bottom rack could have better placement fir dishes but overall it’s a good dishwasher.

Sparkling clean dishes

It cleans exceptionally well and is fairly quiet. We like the extra dry cycle, the night dry cycle and the automatic setting. So far every load has been run on automatic and every item is sparkling clean. This is the second LG dishwasher we have had and we would not hesitate to buy another.

They Don’t Make ‘Em Like They Used To.

Also, the cable that keeps the door from slamming down when opened is either broken or missing. LG is sending someone to repair it, but you kind of expect it to work on a brand new dishwasher. Also, the regular cycle takes 3.5 hours!!

It’s not only attractive, but very functional. The dishes, silverware, and glasses come out sparkling clean and dry. The machine is easy to use with well defined controls.

Controls light up when I press the button. Everything is straight forward & easy to use. The dishes are cleaned well & mostly dry after.
